The rug was sold as 8X8 and it actually measured 7’6”X7’6”. I bought two, and I was able to make one of them work, but I returned the second one. What the heck!?

They folded the rug when they mailed it.. So I guess these rugs should be rolled. Because it was hard to get the folds out.

Hi there, Packing and shipping may cause temporary creases in area rugs. To remove them back-roll/reverse roll your rug and allow time for the creases to relax. We also recommend that you refer to our video on how to remove creases - How to Remove Creases from Indoor-Outdoor Rugs. Just remember these creases are not permanent! We hope this information helps!

Love this brand of rugs, lots of choices of colors and styles. The only issue I am having is it was so tightly rolled, having issues with it laying flat.
