Surpassed expectations
The rug looks exactly as it appears online (was actually a bit surprised by this...very happily I might add). Measurement is true to advertised as well. Delivered in very timely manner, rolled up (so no creases), well protected and laid flat quickly. Could not be happier with the purchase.

We like our rug, spent lots of time searching before landing on this one, very disappointed that it doesn't measure 8 x 10 , I can understand 9'10 inches but 7'4 3/4 ? To much of a hassel to return

Rug still does not lay flat after three days
I received this rug more than three days ago. It was not rolled smoothly when it arrived, it had large kinks because of the way it was rolled. After two days of letting it settle it still had three significant lumps. I tried putting heavy lumber on the lumps and that did not help. I will try revers rolling it. If that does not work I will have to return it which would be a shame because it does look nice.
