The rug is fine quality, my main frustration is that it wasn’t 9x9 which is the listing and the size I really needed. I bought one and it was 8’5”x8’5” and called customer support who mentioned that it may have been an error. I returned and bought another which was about 8’4”x8’7”. Hard to find square rugs this size so I’m keeping it but not ideal and not as advertised.

I'm very happy with the rug! I needed something low-pile that my robot vacuum could handle and it's worked out well for that. It also adds a nice bit of color and enlivens a room that otherwise has a solid-colored floor, walls and couch.
