Our other fridge had a pull-out drawer freezer which was aggravating and unpleasant to deal with, so we decided to go with the sleeker four-door model this time, which was the best decision we could have made during these pandemic times. At long last I can finally store my many ice cream flavors without worrying that they may go forgotten or over frozen. The unit itself is super intuitive and easy to use, and we love how it feels as though we have a tablet attached to our refrigerator. Rather than feeling like a new kitchen machine, it feels like one big toy that the whole family can mess around with and customize to their liking. Everything works great, there are a ton of options, and it works much better than we could’ve imagined.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after just about a year the ice maker begun to freze up and not produce ice. i looked in the ice maker compartment and found ice build up. cleaned the ice build up from the compartment and it worked for a few days then froze again. when ice is produced, the ice is not completly frozen. when pushing ice lever, water drips out from the melting ice. such a let down. very good looking fridge. good thing i purchased this item from costco which offers a 2 year warranty and provides an additional 2 year warranty for using the costco visa.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] fridge cools my food and looks good. but after a couple of months, ice maker keeps freezing solid. attempted to contact samsung support with no real help. only automated messages and errors. my firmware is up-to-date as of today july 20, 2020, which samsung said could potential fix the problem. would not suggests samsung fridges to anyone who wants ice.

It makes so much sense to have that in every refrigerator. i have got no complains on this product. It is perfect and even makes the kitchen a fun place to be because of the music apps and awesome AKG speakers. A feature I love is being able to cast what is being watched in the living room onto the screen of the fridge. Everything is awesome on this one. You will never know what you are missing until you get one. Will definitely recommend to a friend.

I've been eyeballing this refrigerator for some time now and decided to finally spend the money to welcome it into my home. So far, the refrigerator has been all i had hoped for. Everyone who visits my home always comments how beautiful the fridge looks. Looks great in our kitchen. Sleek design and resists fingerprints, even with a kid who takes pleasure in putting handprints on things. I love the 4-door design and how convenient it is to get I to the freezer. Plenty of room for everything we need and great new features. Top feature must be the FlexZone drawer. It's so convenient to have a place to put those oft-needed items for quick access, eliminating the need to open the full refrigerator. The lighting is great too. I've owned refrigerators in the past that the lighting didn't make it past the second shelve. As for the Hub part, I am happy with it, it does have some things that Samsung needs to update/adjust.

Have had a lot of problems with the refrigerator they suck Maker only works for 6 months has it worked hardly since we got it we've had it less than 2 years now it looks like the compressor went out frigerator won't get cold this is our main frigerator are old junk ones have worked for 10 years now this really expensive one has so many flies and the only thing it does is look cool we bought it because we thought it was one of the best fridges you could buy and everything we own is Samsung but I'm very disappointed in this fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought that having a touch screen on a fridge would be so useful but it's really nice. It works with my WiFi connection and I can look up recipes with it ,listen to music while I cook and so much more. The front touch screen lets me know how cold the inside the fridge and freezer is. There is an inside camera that lets me keep track of what groceries I have on hand. It is sensor based. So when I walk by the fridge,the screen comes on. I like that my girls can write me notes on it as well as adding family photos via a Samsung account. The fridge runs extremely quiet. The interior is easy to clean. I do notice the outside smudges a bit but nothing a light cleaning cloth doesn't fix. It does have a water dispenser/ice maker.The fridge portion is spacious. It has flexzone drawers that I like to put my veggies and cheeses in. I like that it's temperature controlled. It includes a wine rack however I don't drink so that's not something that interests me. The freezer space could be bigger. Which is why I am giving it four stars.

This is the first fridge we have had with this kind of set up and weren’t really sure how not having a freezer drawer was going to work for us but we could not be happier. There are so many cool features about this fridge I don’t even know where to begin but my favorite part has to be the family hub when it works properly. The view is gigantic, clear, and gives you access to so much but Bixby is way limited which i knew since I have it on my Samsung phone too. I had high hopes for Bixby but updates don’t come much and I really haven’t even found a way to need it for much! I like that you can view your fridge, who’s at your fridge, use the internet, pictures, music, videos and more to keep you entertained. I really love being able to look for recipes while I’m cooking and not have to have a device taking up a hand. This fridge has 4 doors, yes 4 doors which 3 can be utilized for fridge space. It’s really convenient when you need more fridge space to be able to use some freezer space. This fridge is also counter depth which is nice and has a triple cooling system which is so versatile. The shelves inside the fridge are adjustable so you can set them up to your convenience and some of them slide and others flip but you have room for everything. There is a shelf in the door that seems a little useless since it’s so tight you can barely fit anything in it The ice maker I have noticed has issues like most of the other Samsung fridges we have owned. The ice maker freezes up a lot which makes you break out a hair dryer and cubes will get stuck in the dispenser and melt all over he floor which seems like a recurring Samsung fridge issue. I like how there is no ice tray in the freezer taking up space which gives you a lot more room especially if your only using 1 area for freezing. I do miss having a lower fridge drawer to hold my fruits and vegetables but sometimes you have to give up convenience for luxury. The water dispenser after much debate with my husband I thought was super cool. No more switching between water and ice since It has a dual button so you move the cup a little higher for ice or lower for water. I also love the convenient lock feature so my kids can’t flood the kitchen. Streaming music is my favorite thing to do from the hub as well as screen mirroring for Samsung devices. The freezer has a convenient wine rack. I have been working on obtaining Samsung products that work with the SmartThings app because it’s super convenient to have everything in one location. You can change the temperature right from your phone with SmartThings and even know who’s been going in and out the fridge or even who’s leaving the door open. This fridge packs a lot of cold and live how it keeps everything so cold. I have to say I would buy another one.

It looked smaller inside than our old refrigerator but once we began moving everything into it, we realized it was much more roomier than it appeared. The option to use the bottom as a freezer or refrigerator is nice but we opted to use the entire lower half as a freezer. We also have a deep freezer so freezer overflow isn’t a problem for us. Otherwise I’d say this holds an okay amount of freezer items but not a lot. The ice maker is very nice, but it doesn’t hold a ton of ice. So plan on going through it quickly on hot days which is why I rate this refrigerator 4 and not 5. You can always buy ice trays if you need more ice. The options on the touch screen are superior to any fridge I’ve ever seen ! It’s like a large iPad. There’s recipes, search engine, drawing board, weather, notes area, calendar etc etc etc ! And you can look inside of the fridge with an app...so no wondering what you don’t have while at the store. My children have even done homework on the doodle screen and using the search engine. The refrigerator is finger print proof which keeps it looking really nice and it is great for larger families with children. The shelves are adjustable which allows versatile food item storage with every shopping trip. The refrigerator screen runs with WiFi. We’ve had our refrigerator 6 days and we love it ! It’s black stainless steel which looks very modern and sleek.

The refrigerator has so many great features and is a perfect investment. You can put a lot into the four sections of this fridge. There's a lot of room everywhere and the storage is just great overall. I like that they added smaller features like the wine rack as well. It might be small, but it definitely helps in the long run for keeping bottles cool. Like the rack, this fridge just has a lot of pieces that were well-thought out, which other companies would've surely overlooked. I like the attention to detail with this fridge and it's properties. My favorite part is the Family Hub. This feature can do so much, like help you stream music and even see inside the fridge! I can look at the contents of it from anywhere. I can also mirror movies and shows on the Family Hub which is incredible. You can also make a calendar and monitor multiple rooms. Besides these, you can do so much more! It's a really cool part of this product in general and I will definitely be using it more and more. Though this fridge is very high-tech, it's super simple to learn where everything goes and how to work the Family Hub feature. Operating this refrigerator is an easy task and using the calendar, music, and more is super fun! I like the durability of this fridge and the look it gives my kitchen. It's super sleek and the stainless steel helps prevent any unclean fingerprints messing up the overall appearance. I love the ice maker as well, especially because our old fridge didn't have that. We can get ice whenever we want now and everyone has enjoyed that! This product is amazing and everyone should take the time to use this fridge! I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 28 cubic foot four-door flex fridge with Family Hub is huge! We moved into our house a year ago. We had a Dutch-door fridge from another manufacturer at our old house that wasn’t as large and here at our new house we had a 33-year-old side-by-side. They both had water and ice in the door, but neither was capable of filling anything larger than a cup. The design of the water and ice filling levers on the front allow you fill many different sized containers. The two different adjustable shelves inside allow for taller items to fit comfortably. The filter is in a very convenient place, right between the two drawers. I like to listen to Pandora while doing the dishes. I like the Flex option to be able to add fridge space when needed. We have a separate upright freezer so that’s not an issue.

It is spacious and the interior led lighting is bright and perfect. The freezer is spacious . And the family hub! Wow! So much to do and so much to learn. We’ve already set it up To view the ring doorbell and Arlo cameras. It has amazon music , pandora and Spotify. It has amazon dash buttons and instacart. You can write notes, display your photos and watch tv. The family hub is amazing. I highly recommend this refrigerator. The whole family loves it including my two teenage sons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I was skeptical to buy something so big, but the timing seemed right due to old fridge wasn't working like it should've (and it had wire shelves). Once it came in, we unwrapped it outside due to having to take the doors off to get it inside. That was the easy part, if you follow the directions. Once inside, we reassembled it back together and then start taking the plastic off. We used the instructions to know where shelves went (which was allot of unwrapping) buy worth it. Once set up and in it's place, we plugged it in. We then went thru the Smart Hub setup, very easy and self explanatory too. We all downloaded Spotify and the hub app so that could utilize all the features this fridge has. Setting up individual accounts was easy. Now, adding pictures was a bit challenging, but once we figured it out it worked out perfectly. Only 12 Max tho. Now, we decide to keep the bottom as a freezer, just to make it convenient, even tho we have a stand up freezer. As for the settings, that was also easy once you read the manual. I love how you can tell when someone leaves the fridge door open too, due to it plays a melody when it's open too long, plus I set up the notifications so I'd get notified if the door was opened too long. I love how we can see what's in the fridge, the kids loved that. But what we all loved was how we can stream music to it. The kids have been showing this off to their friends. The kids did figure out ways to make their pictures larger and even delete them off the fridge, so that's one thing that I wish was locked so the kids can't so that. I love how you can pull up recipes too, we all loved that. Another really good feature is how you can tell how the water filter is doing, good or bad. It's so easy to replace too being up front when you open the doors. Much more convenient than others we've seen. Due to moving this past month, I haven't been able to go thru all the features like I had planned, but I'm sure there are more features I have yet to know about.

We have just moved into our new home and my husband insisted on waiting to get this refrigerator because of its modern features. It is large and has convenience in mind. The smart features have my husband and kids busy all the time and the energy savings is remarkable for a refrigerator this size. While I would have preferred the black stainless steel, This model is easy to clean but it does get messy with the kids. My favorite is the convenience of having the menu board and shopping list as I can plan meals for a whole week and shop for exactly when I need from the menu. It makes life so convenient especially now. It has the shopping deals from local supermarkets. What is also convenient is being able to look inside the refrigerator to see whats in there with the three cameras. This refrigerator was obviously built to bring families together as everyone wants their input on the family board, which is a great place to showcase our family. I also love having the convenience to watch videos or use the integrated music apps to play my music while in the kitchen. It sure made the kitchen my new favorite place in the house.

It basically has a whole computer on it where i can look up recipes, make shopping lists, surf the web, get updates on when items in my fridge are expiring, load pictures as a screen saver and so much more! You even download the app on the phone and send memos to the fridge to inform your family of important information! There are four sections of which you can set the temperature setting to what you wish whether it be freezer and fridge temperatures, temperatures specifically for dairy item among others! There is so much to this refrigerator and I would highly recommend anyone to make the investment! Keeps our food fresh and has tons of space for our growing family! This fridge has everything you could ever need and then some! It's stylish and beats any refrigerator I have ever had by miles!

It's been a week now since our Samsung Family Hub 4 Door Flex Refrigerator has been delivered and I can say that my family has been amazed at what this Refrigerator can do. The Family Hub is a game changer. Everyone in my family has been using the Family Hub. In fact it draws everyone to my kitchen which is something new. We love listening to music by using the music apps in the Hub. The speakers that comes with the fridge gives off a striking sound quality that equals that of high end speakers. I love listening to music while cooking. It makes it more enjoyable. I also love that the Hub makes everything accessible.... recipes, videos, news, calendar, grocery list etc..... it truly is family friendly and a well thought of device that I never knew I needed until I used it! I am still learning and I can't wait to truly use the Hub to its potential. It is worth every penny as it is very functional for everyone in the family.

The picture online does not do it just. The fridge changes the entire dynamics of my kitchen aesthetically. The day the fridge was delivered, I couldn’t wait to start exploring it. I am still learning all the things that the fridge can do, I am spending my days learning new things about this fridge. This fridge is by far the best refrigerator I have ever seen. This fridge is the best on the market right now. Samsung thought about everything, they did not only give you looks, but functionality, quality, reliability and overall great technology. Purchasing this fridge was the best purchase to date. This fridge gives you everything you need at your fingertip. Every time I walk into the kitchen, I just stand there and admire the fridge. Now, I don’t even turn on the TV in my kitchen. I just listen to music directly from the fridge. Every day, I find something new to do with this fridge. The apps are great, and I can listen to music, see recipes, see my ring video, and all my other smart home devices right on the screen. I can even mirror my cell phone or my TV directly on the fridge. This fridge keeps me organize. I have my family calendar on the fridge, so we all know each other schedule and I am not duplicating appointments. I can see everything before I leave the house. I like leave notes on the board for my family. This fridge is a personal assistance, it does everything a personal assistance will do for you. The fridge has great storage, I like that the shelves are adjustable, I can even slide back or lift a shelf if I have longer bottles to store. This fridge goes nicely with my Samsung galaxy note 10. I like the flex zone, you can either use it as a freezer or refrigerator. I like showing the inside of fridge to everyone. I like that the fridge shows u how much energy you are using and how many times the doors open. I don’t know how we live without this fridge; it has really become the hub of the family; everyone is waiting their turn to add their schedules or appointments. Eventually, the bottom fridge/flex zone will be use for the kids, so they can be able to get to their snacks at their level. I have always like and wanted the 4 doors French refrigerator, but when I saw this, I had to try it and I do not have any regrets. I am in love with this design, I like even better than the French door. When the fridge first arrived, I was hesitant, I thought it did not have enough space, but I was able to put all my food from the previous fridge with no problem. The refrigerator is very quiet, another thing I like about this fridge is the fact that I don’t have to tiptoe to get to the back of the refrigerator, it is just the right size. I like that I can see the inside of the fridge from anyway on my phone. The fridge is so beautiful that I make sure that the inside of the fridge is organize with my grocery. I don’t just drop things in the fridge anymore, everything must be in its place. This is what this fridge will do to you. so, let us get down to why you should buy this fridge. Technology, Speakers, Design, Innovative, alarm, I can go on, but this is a review and I don’t want to bore you. All I can say is buy this refrigerator, you will not regret it. The negatives I see is not a big deal to me but might be for others. Samsung took away, Alexa, Google home and it is a bit expensive. As other reviewers have mentioned, the shelves in the door cannot hold a gallon of Milk, but don’t take my word for it, go in the store and see it for yourself. The Black Stainless Stain Family Hub is a beautiful piece of appliance it is very appealing. If you are in the market for a new Fridge, please do not hesitate to consider this refrigerator. Samsung thought about everything when they were making this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the bottom right door is flexible between freezer or fridge. With little ones, I use it as a fridge for thier snacks and food. The screen is nice to connect to our doorbell camera and we sync our calendar. The speaker is actually amazing. I do wish there were more apps available given the extra cost to have the smart hub. I had a similar older model with issues with the ice maker freezing up. This ice maker looks like the same exact setup. So far no issues. I am overall satisfied.

We continue to find new features that makes our food storage experience far more enjoyable than the traditional placing milk in the fridge. We love the look and it goes well with our kitchen. We thought we wound have to buy a Kenmore yet the picture shows the Samsung fits in and looks the best. We get several compliments when folks come by our home.

I'm able to sync my family calendar on the screen and so everyone in the house knows what's going on. The fridge is beautiful and the ability to connect to my samsung qled tv gives me alerts when my fridge door is open. Knew from the beginning that this would be a cool gadget, but had no idea that the family would use it as much as they do. After 4 monthns, we have only tapped about 20% of it capibility. I have to admit, its kind of cool to see how much this refrgerator has become part of our family - weird huh...
