The refrigerator is great. We have always wanted a smart refrigerator but we couldn’t find one in our price range that would fit in the space in our kitchen. This refrigerator fits perfectly, It has the a great size fridge and freezer. There are plenty of shelves and space for all of your stuff. The smart hub part of the fridge was easy to set up, it was exactly what we expected.

This refrigerator is beautiful and it's not only big. . .it's MASSIVE. I'm absolutely amazed how much it holds. Most side by sides can't really accommodate large bulky items in the freezer section, but this one can. The glass shelves in both the fridge and freezer are very nice. The drawers are very large. The door shelves can hold plenty of items. The exterior finish is very nice. I'm still learning the things the built in computer screen does. Love the fact you can play music through the fridge. The alarm to let you know the door isn't closed is also a great feature. Like the screen display on the outside that shows the temp. Also the app that lets you see what's inside is another great feature. I was about ready to try a french door fridge with drawer freezer but again, this model is exceptionally big and holds large items on both sides. Highly recommend.

Gadget Lover's Dream Fridge! Okay, I admit it, I picked this one for the giant tablet on the door. Look, you can watch all the short videos and get a really good idea of some of the features but here's some of the stuff that I find I'm really liking. I can leave a note on the tablet from my phone, as a reminder for myself another family member. I can see who's at the door with my smart doorbell. I can mirror what's on the TV, keeping an eye on the news while cooking. My kids upload pictures of the grandkids from across the country. And that's just a few of the gadgetry tricks I've learned. Functionally, I love that the water filter is easy to find/replace instead of hidden where I can't find it. The Ice-maker in the door has a clear cover so I can at a glance see how much is there. The LED lighting is amazingly bright. The surfaces seem like they'll clean very easily and there seem to be few nooks and crannies to trap spills and crumbs. I love the print resistant black stainless finish. It looks good with the black appliances for now but I can assure you it wont be long until I convert the rest of the kitchen to match

Within an hour of the refrigerator delivery, I'm on the phone with Samsung support troubleshooting the family hub not logging in. I spent 2 hours juggling on hold with several departs and never received a fix for the issues. Also, the leveling wheel on the right side of the refrigerator is missing so every time we open the door the refrigerator slides out. Lastly, we have noticed that water randomly drips from the water dispenser.

This is an item I cannot wait to install, after the remodeling of kitchen. This fridge is exactly what we were looking for as it has all the bells and whistles too. The fridge has smart phone tech built in with a 10 year warranty for these components. It seems like a few things we will need to get use to using and I think it will be a great additional to the new kitchen, to be completed in 2 weeks, delayed due to virus outbreak.

The ice maker tray is very small, and the crushed ice comes out in whole chunks.

I bought this refrigerator After my last one went out, the touchscreen is great. The all-around cooling is unique, but the icemaker is laughable. It does not make enough ice for a standard Stanley cup much less 2 reasonable glasses of tea.

With recipes on the days I have no clue what to make for the kiddos, healthy food options, music, and lifetime movies. This takes smart to a whole new dimension. Reminders, scheduling, and it even lets me know when food expires. I think it’s a slice of Heaven especially for moms, entrepreneurs, restaurants, gyms, students, and chefs. I would say this is the best investment I’ve made in a longtime and it wasn’t a forced upgrade like other products it was a choice that makes it all the better.

The refrigerator was hard to get in my house

The 2nd shelf was cracked.

I bought this a few weeks ago and it is everything i wanted. Love leaving notes every day for my family to see. The delivery was not as good. I purchased a new water line to be installed when delivered, installation. The technicians did not install the new water line they hooked into my old line and never tested the fridge for proper use before leaving and if they did they would have noticed the water and ice were not working. My husband had to install the new water line to properly install the fridge. I would think your technicians would test the fridge for proper use before leaving, witch they did not. Besides the delivery everything else was great and the fridge is amazing!

Love it Love my new refrigerator

This refrigerator is modern, well designed, and spacious. I love the built in smart screen with the different apps. It's the same as having a computer in the kitchen. I also love that I can see inside of the refrigerator. This is a great Samsung product.

I kinda wish the ice maker was a larger capacity but I do like the extra space in the freezer because the ice maker is small. No big deal really. I love the calendar feature where my whole family can see it. Foods are staying very cold in the bottom or the top of the refrigerator space. We love it.
