[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Samsung four door refrigerator is perfect for our family of four. We are always on the go and the flex drawer feature is perfect for our 5 & 9 year old. Drinks and snacks are right there for them at perfect temperature and easy to grab and go. The “door in door” feature makes it easy for the entire family to access those always used item like drinks and condiments. The easy open doors and drawers are a very nice touch and make it simple to open with and easy pull and the tracks and hinges have a very smooth operation. The indoor ice maker and water dispenser are nice and sure we could survive with our them now. But my favorite feature is the water pitcher in the door that auto fills and has the ability to add fruit or vegetables for a very refreshing infused water at your fingertips. And the auto fill feature will refill the replaced pitcher perfectly every time so you never go to get a refreshing cup of water only to find an empty pitcher in the fridge. The size is perfect and the flexibility of the shelving provides our growing family of four to easily store all our food and drinks. Great space and ease of storing those tall Gatorade bottles or bulky milk jugs is not a problem for this Samsung fridge. The black stainless with finger print resistant finish means our Samsung is always clean and sleek looking and we don’t have to see our five year olds handprints except in his art. Overall I would give this fridge a perfect rating and highly recommend for anyone and especially those with kids as the space and features are well designed for all to benefit from. Great job Samsung designers.

We are selling our AZ house which has this refeigerator and my wife loved it. It works great and has a lot of flexibilty on how to configure the top section. It tooks months to figure the best configerstion for us and it isgreat.. So we buy the newest version for our permanent house. Delivery is awesome and the refrig looks great and cools down quickly. Then, my wife says where is the freezer door bin. Oops, it is missing. I spend the day on the phone with Samsung. Ouch!!! It shows in the instruction but all I get is (1) our instruction book is different (2) it is an option (3) call parts which is a third party company that is of no help (4) i would buy it bit Samsung can’t tell me their part number. (5) I ran out of departments in Samsung to talk to. No door bin and an unhappy wife on a purchase north of $2000. I think their engineers or some bean counter just eliminated it. Even though the brackets are still there. I’ve attacted a picture of the door bin and how it is used. Yes, you can find it on a Samsung refeigerator that is half the price. So sad. I just hope I never have to deal with Samsung on any other issue as it is like talking to a very polite but ineffective organization. Samsung couldn’t even figure out their part number so I could buy it. The store Home Depot people were great to deal with and tried every way to solve this problem and actually did.

The Samsung Food Showcase was delivered on the date promised and actually a little earlier than planned. It arrived in perfect shape and working order, although there a few things that have factory "clips" on them that the delivery guys did not remove or didn't know about. Once removed the water and ice makers worked perfectly. It has a lot more room than you would think based on it's size, but this Samsung delivers more space by using drawers and a flex zone drawer. What stood out to me was that most of the shelves were configurable so that you could raise half a shelf for more tall items. Or slide a shelf right/left and make more room on an individual shelf. We love that this refrigerator is quiet. We never realized how loud our old fridge was until we got this one. And the water pitcher in the door has been a life saver in the current heat wave. We had this fridge delivered about two months ago and we have had zero problems and have yet find a fault in it. The alarm for leaving the door open has saved us more than once already. This item has great exceeded our expectations of today's appliances. Most appliances today or disposable. Use it for a few years and replace. I was glad we spent a little more and have a great fridge.

First day of owning. Delivered 5 hours ago. By the way the guys delivering are incredible, clean and efficient. I followed previous reviews putting on the power fridge mode, in less than 5 hours at operating temp 37 F. Do yourself a favor and also set the power freezer to on. Freezer was still at 77F. The thing is huge. Plenty of room for everything. The showcase door I can see being worth it’s weight in gold..milk and everything else used often there. I’ll write another review in 3-4 months when I can see actual savings and try to complain if necessary. Haven’t owned it long enough to actually have an issue. Remember the power freeze and fridge if you get one.

This is a REALLY COOL REFRIGERATOR! (Pun intended.) First of all it's made by Samsung, so it feels very high quality. It is also very heavy (355 lbs) so you need a good appliance hand truck to move it if the installers don't put it in place for you. The four door/drawer design is great: in our old 3-door/drawer Samsung fridge, you have to open both upper doors to access the full-width deli drawer. But with this one, there is a separate exterior "Flexzone" drawer above the freezer drawer that you can use for wine, deli, meat, or beverages. Meat is kept at the coldest temperature (30 degrees) while wine is kept at the warmest (41 degrees). Then there's the nifty "Showcase" door which is the right door of the refrigerator compartment that opens two different ways. If you squeeze a little lever on the back of the handle when opening it, only the outside of the door opens so you can access the three clear plastic shelves in the door. If you don't squeeze the little lever when you pull on the door handle, the door including the three plastic shelves opens and allows access to the interior shelves of the refrigerator. The icemaker / water dispenser in the left door provides chilled water, cubed ice, and crushed ice by simply pressing your glass against the curved panel at the back of the dispenser. Inside the left door is a small water pitcher that can be programmed to auto-fill itself. This pitcher is designed to work as an infuser for making your own cold infusions from fruit or tea. We happened to have very good water quality where we installed this fridge, so I went to the trouble of adding a cold water line from the bathroom behind the kitchen to supply the icemaker line. I was very glad I did because the convenience of having cold, fresh, filtered water on demand was a real benefit I hadn't experienced before. This refrigerator is also "smart" in the sense that it can communicate over the internet with your smart phone. It was really easy to download and install the SmartThings app from the Google Play Store on my cell phone. Then I simply followed the on-screen instructions to set up an account and add the refrigerator. I had to enter my router pass code so it could communicate with the internet and Voila! I could see the refrigerator on my SmartThings display and read or adjust it's temperature settings for the fridge, freezer, and flexzone drawer. The Samsung RF22R7351SR refigerator has a 10 year warranty on the metal cooling technology it uses. The interior LEDs come on automatically when each compartment is opened. There are two special shelves in the fridge interior that can slide and flip out of the way to allow for taller items. This model is the 22 cubic foot counter depth designed so the front of the refrigerator (except the doors) would be flush with the front of a standard 25-inch deep kitchen countertop. However, by the time you add the recommended 4-inch clearance behind the fridge for air circulation and the icemaker water line, it sticks out in front of the countertop. Still it is shallower than it's full depth 28 cubic foot cousin. There is an extensive (almost daunting) User Manual included with the fridge that explains about everything you need to know about how to operate and maintain it. The manual is thick because it includes English, French and Spanish versions at 96 pages for each language. The first 39 pages are safety warnings and set-up instructions that were all done by the delivery people, so all we had to do was plug it in and hook up the icemaker water line. I did call Samsung customer support when I couldn't get the infusion pitcher to fill with water. The very nice lady there patiently walked me through my issue until it was solved. The only problem had been that the control panel was in a locked state and I had to unlock it before I could activate the auto fill option. The exterior is finger-print resistant stainless steel which was a vast improvement over our older stainless steel Samsung. We can happily recommend this refigerator to anyone in need of a new one.

AWESOME ! Read reviews - Bought last week - Home Depot delivery people exceptional ! They Setup everything ! Everything working perfectly because I also read instructions! I Had to go over unlocking intructions for the auto-fill pitcher several times before it filled. There is a video through Google that really helped! It shows to press the Fridge button til AP appears. Then you need to unlock by pressing water/Ice dispenser to make sure it is ON/unlocked. Also, be patient after delivery - as it takes 12 hours before icemaker is cool enough to make ice. Love this 27.8 Samung Refrigerator!!! A superior Samsung product ! AMP -Cape Coral, FL

This Samsung 27.8 cu. ft 4-Door French Door Refrigerator is very good looking. I really like the fingerprint resistant finish that does not leave finger prints. My old I was constantly wiping the finger prints on the stainless steel. One of the features is the FlexZone drawer. It has four different temperature settings. The four mode settings is Wine 41 degrees, Deli 37 degrees, Beverage 34 degrees and Meat 30 degrees. It has Wi-Fi that you can use you smartphone to control the temperature and monitor your refrigerator remotely. I have not setup this feature yet. It has a built-in water pitcher. It automatically fills after you put it back in after us. It also has option to infuse with a flavor of your choice like putting slices of lemon in the infuser area, Just a note when you get the refrigerator it does take over 24 hours to come to operating temperature for the freezer. I thought I had a defective refrigerator and make a call to Samsung and they insurer me that it takes a least 24 hours to cool down. All in all, I love all the features it has, it a great large refrigerator

My wife and I have been wanting a new fridge for our kitchen for the longest time. This is the last appliance in our kitchen that we hadn't upgraded yet. This Samsung 22.4 cu. Ft. Food Showcase French Door Refrigerator fit the bill perfectly. With the French doors and the two slide out drawers it makes accessing anything you want super easy. The Food Showcase door makes accessing all your favorite condiments super fast without having to open the big door and letting cold air out of the fridge. This not only makes for easier access but more energy efficient also. The FlexZone drawer is probably our favorite part of the fridge only because I have always wanted to have my fridge look like an episode of MTV Cribs when they open their fridge and it's super organized ;o) We put all our favorite bubbly waters all lined up perfectly with a different flavor in each row in this drawer and it always makes me smile each time I open to get a drink out. The adjustable shelves in this fridge give you a ton of options on how you want to set it up. You can pretty much let your imagination run wild. We love being able to open the fridge and go straight to the item you are looking for without having to move a bunch of stuff around to get to it. My second favorite item in this fridge would probably have to be the autofill water pitcher. I love the fact that I can open the door, reach in and have ice cold water ready to go without having to use the water dispenser on the front. My reasoning for this is because sometimes when the water dispenser has just been used recently the water coming out will not really be that cold. This pitcher gives you a large supply of ice cold water that you can even infuse with some strawberries, lemon, lime, etc...This is absolutely perfect and I can't picture having a fridge without this in the future. I think all fridges should have these going forward. Whoever thought this up is a genius in my book. That the fact that it is built in and autofilling is an added bonus. Our last fridge we had stuck way out into the kitchen. When we were thinking about getting a new fridge we said we wanted to make sure and get a counter depth one this time. This has made an absolutely huge difference in how our kitchen looks now without the fridge sticking way out into the walking path. The fingerprint resistance finish on the front of the fridge is great but you will still get some fingerprints. This is no big deal since we have special wipes we use to clean them off. We also use just a plain old dish towel to wipe the front of it occasionally and that keeps it looking great most of the time. The high efficiency LED lighting in this fridge is perfect. It actually took us some getting used to. I was used to our old fridge with the singular light bulb in it. This fridge is lit up from edge to edge and it is a nice bright almost bluish white color that makes it look sleek and modern. The fact that I will never have to go shopping to replace the light bulb is definitely an added bonus. Setting the temperatures in the fridge and freezer couldn't be easier. There is an LED display inside the fridge on the right side that you can use to adjust the temperature either up or down. We were able to set our temperature and humidity levels perfectly for all the different zones and so far everything is working perfectly. The Metal Cooling in the fridge seems to help keep all areas of the fridge at a consistent temperature. I didn't know if this was going to be a gimmick or actually add value to the fridge. It does seem to help keep all areas evenly cool so I like it. It also looks really cool and kind of space age. The ice maker in this fridge is second to none. It makes 4.8 lbs of ice and it does it quite quickly. This is by far the best ice maker I have ever had. This fridge is Energy Star certified and that is a big plus. Except for your whole house a/c unit the fridge is the second largest consumer of electricity in your house. Having an Energy Star certified fridge lets you know you are going to be saving as much money as possible on your electric bill. All in all my wife and I are extremely happy with our new Samsung fridge. It is absolutely the best fridge we have ever owned and we are looking forward to getting years and years of use out of it. Samsung did a fantastic job of engineering this fridge and I can't think of a single thing that could be added to it to make it better. Great job Samsung!

The 4 door french door refrigerator was fairly easy to install since I already had an ice maker on my previous refrigerator and the hook ups are pretty universal.I was used to a side by side so it's taking some getting use to, but overall the refrigerator part is pretty spacious. I haven't quite figured out the flex drawer yet and the freezer is my biggest challenge, getting used to not seeing everything without emptying a drawer to find something at the bottom. There is only one shelf that can be adjusted so if you have many tall bottles, some have to be laid on their side. My wife loves it, I'm still on the fence.

My wife was questioning if we really needed a new fridge as our old one still worked fine. After having this for less than 24 hours though she randomly mentions, “ I really like this new fridge.” While it is only about 1 cubic foot bigger than our old side by side version, the layout allows for so much more storage. I feel like the thing is empty all the time, but it’s just so much better laid out. The drawers are really a great way to store a lot of different stuff, but still having easy access to it all. We also moved the milk to the door and with the half door open it is a great way to access with out letting all the cold air out. The delivery from Home Depot was a snap as well, they did it all and took care of the old one as well. To anyone thinking about switching to the double door layout, I highly recommend doing so, and this is a great option.

Awesome fridge. We were in need of a larger fridge and I am a huge fan of the Samsung flex zone drawer. It is so handy, especially in a counter depth fridge . I won't buy another fridge without that feature. This is an especially nice unit. Unlike other Samsung fridges I've had, the water dispenser on this one actually puts out a decent amount of volume. It will fill a 20oz water bottle in under 10 seconds where my last one would take about a minute if you were patent enough to stand there. Also this makes almost 5lbs of ice - and makes it quickly. I thought the showcase door was kind of a gimmick, but after living with it for a while I find I rarely open the entire fridge door. I have it arranged where the frequently accessed stuff can be grabbed through the showcase. Even gallons of milk. Perhaps my favorite feature is the auto filled water pitcher. I fill a 2L camelbak bladder when I go on long bike rides or hikes, and it's perfect for that. Ice cold filtered water at the ready and the fridge will fill it automatically - even to just top it off Like with all my other samsung appliances I have it connected to Bixby and my Smart things app. Excellent fridge with practical, useful features and a premium fit and finish. I can't think of another fridge I would replace this one with

The sleek and attractive counter depth design makes for smaller capacity but it’s still plenty for just the two of us. It’s so quiet that the only sound we hear is the occasional dumping of ice from the ice maker. All compartments are brightly lit up with well placed LED lighting. With the SmartThings App that I downloaded onto my iPhone, I can monitor and adjust the settings remotely. One of our favorite features is the Showcase door which lets you quickly and easily access those most often used items like milk and condiments. Throughout the fridge there are plenty of shelves and door bins that come in a variety of sizes and shapes that make organization a snap. One shelf can even slide back in half in order for tall items to be set below. Deep bins in the Showcase door are ideal for gallon sized milk or juice jugs. We really like the options that the FlexZone mid-drawer gives you. Not only can you choose a separate temperature for it but you can also select how you want to split the four dividers inside. We store breakfast and lunch meat, butter and cheese, juice boxes and snack packs all within the simple pull of a drawer. The icemaker is compact and tucked out of the way taking very little space out of the refrigerator compartment. With just a lift and a pull you can remove the ice bucket. The dispenser has an up forward position that allows for large glasses and even pitchers to be easily filled. A unique feature with Samsung is the AutoFill Water Pitcher which always stays full by sensing when it needs to refill itself with cold filtered water. It has a built in diffuser that allows you to make cold brew tea or fruit flavored water. The easy pull out freezer compartment has two large, deep sections and a sliding upper drawer that is also surprisingly deep. This is a beautiful refrigerator with its flush counter depth style and brushed fingerprint resistant stainless steel.

The Samsung 27.8 CU.FT.showcase 4-door French door refrigerator in fingerprint resistant stainless steel. This is a really nice unit loaded with features. Some of the things I loved about this unit is the water tank,it's basically a pitcher that automatically refills itself. Which is nice to bring it to the table cold water and when done place back in it's holder and it refills. The unit also has Wi-Fi and Bixby which you can Monitor the unit with your smart phone,such as temps. The unit has high efficiency LED lighting as well as a modern external filtered water and ice dispenser. The water filter is easily accessible though the upper part of the refrigerator. The Ice Max holds up to 10 lbs. of ice,the unit is Energy Star compliant as well as ADA compliant as far as accessibility. The unit has two humidity-Controlled Crispers as well as a Cool Tight door and door alarm if the door is left open for 2 minutes it will sound. The water and ice dispenser also has a lock so that little ones won't make a mess,great feature. The unit has plenty of storage space from on the inside of the doors to the refrigerator itself. Also plenty of storage in the freezer as well.....one of the other features I love is the Flex-Zone drawer,this is a storage drawer with 4,different temperature sittings and a adjustable Smart Divider to stay organized. Take a look at my photos an you can see some of the many features of this beautiful unit. Only problem I see with this unit is that is does take a little longer for the freezer to kick in and start working.... Overall this is a great unit.

The first thing I would like to comment on is how really QUIET this refrigerator is. The first floor of our home is an open floor plan with no walls separating the kitchen from the living room. In complete silence, you can barely hear it running. If there is any noise, it’s the occasional dropping of the ice and the water filling. I really enjoy the Flex-zone metal cooling drawer with a variable temperature control. I keep my bread products in there to keep them fresh during the summer months, as well as wine. I also find that I have plenty of refrigerator storage space. The freezer, with its bins AND sliding drawer, is also large and convenient. I like that there is a section of the bottom shelf that slides back to make more room for big jugs of milk, tea, etc. If there is one weak item, to me it would be that the bins in the doors are not adjustable. The refrigerator is only a week old so I cannot comment on repair issues, I would buy this Samsung 4-door refrigerator again.

Upgrading from a standard two-door fridge, I was skeptical of how useful a 4-door fridge would be compared to the last; I was glad to find out the Flex Drawer could be used as a wine cooler. The fridge very clean and adds a fresh look to my fridge. I like that the fridge also has an app that lets me know if the door has been left open, or if it cant maintain the right temperature. The stainless steel that Samsung used is nicer than what Ive seen in the past and I am very pleased. My favorite thing about this fridge is the removable water pitcher!

My grandparents would tell me about the iceman coming to put a block of ice in there frig and my mother thought it nice having a heating device to defrost her frig. Glad those days are gone. You now have LED lightening, door in a door which I use a lot, Tuscan color is brilliant, finger print resistant, Lots of room, four flex zones. Also included water pitcher, Quiet and efficient , Wi-Fi and Bixby, 10 year warranty on the compressor. Smart options located in a panel on the right side of the interior refrigerator door to adjust temp zones and other options.

This refrigerator is really amazing in its design, engineering and construction on many levels which I will try to describe. Firstly, it is a beautiful looking unit. The front is stainless steel that, in my experience does not show finger prints, but then I wipe the front and the handles with a microfiber cloth at the end of the day to keep it looking new. The design of the interior is well thought out and it seems like whoever designed it must have sought a lot of input from real people that use a refrigerator every day, for example the door on the right side has a cooling plate, (see photos), that allows you to open only the front of the door panel to access frequently used items, (water, milk, butter, etc.), while keeping the greater part of the compartment under cooling from a rear cooling panel, very clever. The shelves are almost infinitely adjustable for height and one for width to allow taller items on one side while providing shelf support for shorter items. One bin on the left is easily removable to take condiments or other desired items to the table or to the counter while preparing food. The door on the left has a pivoting panel that provides a backing to the space between the two side by side doors which prevents any loss of cooling or intrusion of heat, much like the backing of a jacket zipper that adds a strip of cloth to prevent cold air or rain getting through the zipper to the the inside. Cleverly, Samsung designed a track that channels this bar into position to create the seal. This appliance also has an ANSI approved water filter that is easily accessed and changed, (6 months to a year depending upon usage). Next, the Flex Drawer is designed to keep items that need more cooling, but not freezing in a drawer that has adjustable stainless steel bars. The freezer has a sliding tray on top for more frequently used items and a lower compartment for items used less often. The side of the unit is a matte finish that is easily cleaned and shows no fingerprints. The ice maker and water work seamlessly as well. PEX tubing is provided for those connections. The delivery was on time and the men set up the fridge and leveled it easily and expertly. Overall, I am really impressed with this appliance and recommend it highly for its quality, design, efficiency and ease of use.

First, Samsung is a good solid name is appliances. The refrigerator is French door style, here the upper right door is the food showcase door. As a practical matter, it allows for getting common items and in my situation: coffee creamer, soda, baby bottles, and baby food without letting all the cold air out. The showcase door has a metal panel for cooling the quick access products, very high tech., There is one giant deep freezer drawer. Yes, you can pile a lot in, but if it’s buried in there, going to do some digging The “middle” drawer is for storing deli/meats/dairy and the like. It is very cold, but it is not a freezer, see the photo, where I labeled the sections. There are 2 food drawers in the main cabin which allow your vegetables and you can control humidity, pretty standard. Not big, but good enough. The shelving level or spacing is just right, no adjustments needed, straight “out of the box”. It is big, physically, so check all dimensions as this unit comes scraping up the bottom of the upper kitchen cabinets. A very considerate design is the convenience light, which comes on when the cold drawers are opened. It has a nice grade of “stainless steel-like” style, no fingerprinting and I have little ones in my home, so it stays clean. It has a dispenser in the door for cold water, chipped ice, and cubed ice. Also, inside the refrigerator is a water pitcher, very thoughtful. What I like most is the showcase door, the stainless steel look, no finger-print mess, the ice maker in the door, and the shelving levels are just right without me having to do any adjustments. Obviously, it is very functional, it is big for the storage capacity.

If you are a person who embraces quality, the marvels of technology & it's advancements this last decade, then you follow my level of excitement. When I saw this refrigerator, it sent tingles up my spine. There's even an app that tells you when the door is open, when the expiration dates of your milk or foods are coming close to expiring and you can even adjust the temperature. It's Wi-Fi and Bixby enabled. There's also a 10 year warranty on the compressor This refrigerator has so many features, this review would become a novel, and not a fiction one. It has adjustable shelves that slide in and out and move up and down. The door shelves are held very solid.. On the left, inside door there's a removable water pitcher, on the right an easy to reach inside double door. This door is able to be accessed with a trigger on the handle that opens only the first door or allows for both doors to open. This feature gives access to the three shelves mounted inside on the door or all of the interior which minimizes the loss of cool air. The pictures I posted give you a better perspective of this option. It's very handy for things you use often like the kids for their breakfast milk or that afternoon snack. It measures a whopping 27. 8 cubic feet, which works good for that large family. There is a drawer for your cheeses, vegetables, and anything else you want to separate. It's called a Flex Zone, with four temperature settings. There is a movable rail system to keep your drawer's contents separate. I could go on and on about this refrigerator, but I think you'd get bored with my ravings. So after reading this statement, take a trip to your local Home Depot, let the sales rep give you their speel then you decide if my comments weren't exact as to the pleasures and functionality this frig will provide.

This fridge is awesome! I was unsure when my wife wanted to get this, but am so glad she did. My favorite part about it is that the freezer is on the bottom, the fridge on the top so I no longer have to look in the fridge on my knees! It's a very spacious refrigerator. The shelves adjust, flip up and are easy to keep clean. The water and ice maker are great to have again. Ice and water can be locked via controls inside the fridge. The drawer in the middle is terrific and the freezer keeps everything nice and frozen. There's a slidable storage drawer inside the freezer that has a lot of room also. The app is pretty cool since the kids leave the door open often, it alerts you and you can then close the doors. Just a great fridge!

Best in class another great wonderful surprise product from Samsung. We are not new to Samsung, actually all big items in the kitchen/home are Samsung products including the previous Refrigerator that we had. I am really impressed and very happy with this Refrigerator for many many reasons and to name a few: 1. The Tuscan color is brilliant, chic and finger print resistant that could be cleaned in seconds when needed. 2. Very roomy and I mean you can fit food for 30 people easily inside it. 3. The flex zone area is one of a kind, dedicated area for leftovers and also for large items like big plates or birthday cakes. 4. the included water pitcher is an added value in summer time, you will love it. ready to use all the time. 5. Quiet and efficient. 6. Excellent easy to use and operate Fridge area and also roomy. 7. WiFi connected. The list can go on and on. We are overjoyed with this amazing refrigerator. My wife loves this new fridge and she loves stainless steel and fingerprint resistant feature.I love this fridge becauseof the flex zone feature and freezer at the bottom, our old fridge was a side by side too small could not put much in the old one this is huge and well worth it,my friends need to check these friges out from samsung they are awesome.

I ordered this new model Samsung fridge. It is a much larger refrigerator to replace my 18 cubic foot standard fridge. I have remodeled my kitchen and this is the last piece needed to finish. I plan on having the new fridge for a long time with it's wondrous features. Features - 1. Indoor water/ice dispenser, crushed/cubed ice - 2. My first impression of my new Samsung 4 door refrigerator with food showcase was great . I instantly opened it and look at everything it had to offer. The refrigerator we had before the Samsung 4 door refrigerator with food showcase was outdated and old. I'm so in love with this upgrade to my kitchen. Samsung has always made great products and they didn't let me down with this one. This Samsung 4 door refrigerator with food showcase was everything that thought that it would be. When we have family and friends over when they first come in they tell us how great are refrigerator looks. When they open it blows them away at how big it is in the inside. It makes my kitchen look so updated. I love the different features the refrigerator has to offer. It's fingerprint and smudge free also because we have a very active two year old so this helps out. The way that the interior shelving is in the refrigerator is great you can fit almost anything my wife cooks everyday so we always have leftovers it fits so great on the shelving in the refrigerator. You can move the shelves side and move, fold up or down to make room. With the food showcase feature you can get any drink you need without opening up the whole refrigerator. This Samsung refrigerator is great.

So far, we are very pleased with this product. Love the color. We are especially pleased with the autofill water pitcher, & ample sectioned middle drawer. We find the latter useful for organizing various beverages. The window is great for energy conservation. An improvement would be to make heavier doors, since sometimes they don't fully close. That said, it's pretty neat that the fridge beeps to notify you if the door is left ajar. Would gladly suggest this product to a friend in the market for a refrigerator.

The overall appearance of this fridge is beautiful. It is a mixture between brown and stainless steel and has a finish that is fingerprint resistant. We have several children over frequently and have yet to notice a spot on either of the doors. The fridge has smart options located in a panel on the right side of the interior refrigerator door. This allows the user to control various features on the fridge. Through this panel you can silence the open door alarm, change the temperature of the much coveted flex drawer, and connect to your smart phone app. We particularly love the flex drawer which quickly and easily allows you to vary in temperature to suit your needs of the day. We have used this drawer as both additional freezer storage and as a wine cooling tray depending on the occasion. My favorite features of this samsung refrigerator are the self filling pitcher which is located in the left refrigerator door and the food showcase door on the right. These features allow for endless cool water for parties and for quick access to daily items such as milk and condiments. In addition, this fridge has light blue complimentary lighting, adjustable shelving, an ice maker and water dispenser. The list goes on and on! I highly recommend this product!

I use the flex zone religiously and has been instrumental in prepping for family gatherings. The autofill pitcher is great I prep a lemon in the diffuser fill it and let it steep until the morning for my water bottle for work. Ice capacity is great phenomenal even for filling a cooler for a road trip. The freezer is spacious and with the pull out drawer easy to keep organized. Highly recommend the color and fingerprint resistance is awesome even when I have little ones visit no more having to wipe down constantly. The showcase doors are amazing I put waters and my snacks there so I can quickly grab and go in the morning. The freezer drawer has made organizing the freezer a breeze no more having such a jumble. There is a slide in half shelf that is perfect for milk and 2 liters.  

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who knew getting a new fridge and freezer could be so exciting? I have been very happy with the Samsung fridge. I got the black stainless steel model and it is clearly the nicest looking appliance in the kitchen. The color is very elegant and fingerprints don't show anywhere. The inside of the fridge has a very bright light which makes everything glow and really stand out. Once you open the fridge, it becomes evident that the drawers, doors, and shelves are well thought out. Things just seem to fit. The water pitcher is probably my favorite feature of the fridge as it automatically fills itself and keeps me drinking a lot because it makes it effortless. The size of the fridge is also a positive for the fridge. I'm able to fit so much food that I don't have to worry about having to fit everything in like a puzzle. There's ample room throughout and the freezer also is huge. With two pull out drawers for the freezer, I can buy in bulk and freeze items to help save money. In terms of features, the flexdrawer and smart app features are really helpful. The flexdrawer can be adjusted depending on what you are storing in it, and the layout can be easily adjusted if you have large size items. The smart app allows me to adjust the settings of the fridge remotely without having to open the fridge and let all the air out. I also receive notifications on my phone and Samsung TV if I leave one of the fridge doors open. This has saved me multiple times in the few weeks I've owned the fridge. There are a few features I'd like to see improved and need time to adjust to. The water spout is not easy to identify so if I'm trying to fill a water bottle with a small opening, I need to bend down to see where the water fills from in order to not spill. When spilling the water, there is no drip tray so there are some water spots that show. I also had a difficult time cleaning the bottom shelf after a spill. It doesn't easily disconnect from the area where the filter is housed. Once the shelf is loose, it's also difficult to remove the glass area to clean the shelf. Finally, I'd like to see additional configuration options for shelving and drawers. I just learned that one of the shelves folds up but doing so means you lose a whole shelf. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this fridge. The sleek design, large capacity, automatic filling pitcher, smart features, the preview door, and the flexdrawer are all excellent features. I would highly recommend this fridge.

This is a beauty to behold. I wish i had this refrigerator a long time ago. To start with,it was easy to install and fit in to the space where the old one was removed. It's very spacious,it has lots of partitions that you can create however you want in the fridge itself. It came with a water pitcher which is a plus to me because, i bring it out when eating and refill our cups. The water pitcher is washable and you do not need to refill it.When you place the water pitcher back,it automatically refills. I love the flexzone so much because,its like a space saver to me. I drop like cans of drinks and caparison in there. Not forgetting that the refrigerator has inscriptions and control tools inside that gives you access to control the temperature , connect to WiFi, flexzone indicator, ice maker indication and Bixby which is an app found on Samsung phones. This refrigerator has an alarm that alerts you when you leave the doors or drawers open for a long time. I lover the alarm feature because it tells me when my kids are messing with it. The second drawer is the freezer and it's very big, and has a tool inside that you can use to demarcate what you want in both sections. Inside this drawer is an extra drawer which is like a bonus win to me because,its like having 2 freezers in one. One of the doors has a see through , all you have to do is press the knob and it opens the metal door and leave you with the see through door. What i love most about the Samsung Double french door is the fact that it is finger print resistance. If you have kids ,you will appreciate this feature because ,you don't have to clean the surface every time they open the refrigerator. I think that's a blessing because it reduces the stress of cleaning the surface all the time, In essence, this is a beautiful refrigerator,very effective,efficient, stylish and trendy. It fits my kitchen perfectly and i love the color that it came in. I will recommend this to all families
