I like the interior. Is has good space and drawers are easy to open and close. The middle drawer is great for all deli products. Front doors open individually without having to open one or another in other to open the one you want. However, the "Fingerprint Resistant" is not really fingerprint resistant. It gets easily stained with fingerprints and I have to put more effort in cleaning the exterior way more than my previous fridge (Kenmore brand that I barely cleaned stains and was always looking great). Another thing I did not like is the water supply area got water stains almost immediately as well as scratches from the glass or whatever container used to dispense water. Looks like that metal area is not water or scratch resistant. I will not buy this brand anymore.

The Samsung 23 cu. ft. 4 door French Door refrigerator was a great purchase. We purchased in black stainless steel. I went from a full size fridge to a counter depth fridge with lots of concerns regarding space. However, I absolutely LOVE the counter depth fridge. It is amazing how much space it seems to free up. I have not filled it up yet! PRO: 1) It is fingerprint resistant, so all good there. 2) The 2 crisper drawers are spacious and hold a lot. My food seems to last longer than usual in the new unit. 3) Interior is nice and bright and SUPER easy to find things now. 4) We ALL love the divided middle pull out drawer which we use exclusively for drinks... sodas, water, individual juices, etc. 5) I absolutely LOVE the shelf near the ice maker that folds up as it allows room for lots of tall objects... 2 liter bottles, wine, pitchers, etc. 6) Nice filtered ice and water dispenser. I am switching from disposable water bottles to reusables that I keep filled & ready for Grab&Go. 7) I also love the retractable half shelf that allows for even more tall items if needed... although I haven't had to use it yet. 8) Sturdy door bins... I can actually put 2 gallon jugs of milk in one drawer without worrying that it will collapse. 9) Pull-out shelf drawer inside the bottom freezer section. Perfect size for individual frozen microwave meals for grab and go. 10) I am constantly using the ice dispenser and have yet to run out. However, if you have a large family or party, you may need to plan in advance by keeping an extra bin in the freezer that you fill with extra ice beforehand. CON: 1) The water dispenser area needs to be wiped down every couple of days as it gets water spots on it. I have not been able to determine if it drips after dispensing or if it is just my family not paying attention and removing their cup too quickly. Either way, it is a small inconvenience that is easily remedied.

I bought all Samsung appliances about 3 years ago. Dishwasher, stove, and microwave all work great. The refrigerator is horrible. It has been a constant battle trying to make ice. It was continuously freezing all around the ice box but I was able to do a FD (forced defrost) which worked then it would start making ice again. Now, after the last time I did the FD it makes very few half ice cubes. I just pulled the ICE cube tray out and dumped water all over the floor. I now hate Samsung and will be buying all new appliances from a different store and 100% definitely a different brand. Total waste of money! Its fine if you don't use ice but I like my whiskey cold! Google Samsung refrigerator not making ice and you will see all the complaints that you don't see on here.

Good size and features my only complaint is the bottom freezer inside drawer is a little flimsy and wants to stick on one side or the other when you move it

I got the range on 10/22/2020, had it less than 3 days and the top three grates started chipping off the black coating and there is rust underneath. That tells me all three grates were either reused or not processed, coated and cured properly. I am waiting for them to be replaced. I hope nothing else goes wrong.

We were so excited for our new beautiful black stainless appliances to come in, when the fridge was finally unpacked and all installed we noticed a warranty sticker below the “Samsung” label on the front. Why on earth would Samsung place a sticker on the front of the refrigerator on black stainless that is prone to scratching??? Upon removing the sticker there was a substantial amount of residue left on the fridge. I tried using soapy water, glass cleaner, rubbing alcohol, and olive oil on a paper towel in hopes that these would be non-abrasive enough to avoid scratches but apparently the circular motion of my scrubbing was enough to cause damage. I am devastated. Less than 24 hours with our new fridge and there is a large area of scratches right on the front. Come on Samsung, there is absolutely no reason to have a difficult to remove sticker right on the front! Since I have owned the fridge for less than a day I have no other complaints.

I absolutely love it. The best purchase I’ve made. And 2 nd Samsung fridge purchase... I love the extra door. It’s nice to store smaller items. So they don’t get lost in the fridge . Makes ice fast. The only thing they may bother some. But I’m use to it now. U can hear when the ice drops .

Samsung continues to sell refrigerators with known defects. DO NOT BUY. They have known about the defects for over 10 years, but refuse to issue recalls. They are facing several class action lawsuits. Do not buy Samsung refrigerators.

The ability to control the zones of your frig as well as the ice.maker from ones phone is a plus. The ice maker works great! The food is always cold and it's wonderful to have two levels in the pull out freezer.

We went with the Samsung French Door Refrigerator & I have been in love with my appliance. Nothing but space & awesome compartments to store almost any & everything!

We bought this refridgerater April 29,2020 we finally recived it May 14,2020 After the long wait we filled it up all is good until we needed ice! Yes its a nice refridgerater and all but the ice maker is too small it does not make enough ice to fill 5 cups maybe 6 cups and in a household of 5 you know thats not enough. Overall im dissapointed with the ice maker and pleased with the capacity

First of all this fridge is hard to clean, if soemthing is spilled and it goes between the glass and plastic you cant get it out. The ice maker jams up constantly, and we cannot get the ice bin out, im afriad im going to break something trying Do Not Purchase

I’m in love with my new refrigerator. It’s very spacious, it keeps my vegetables fresh, also I love the ice maker options, not to mention the water is nice and cold. Great invention. Good job Samsung.

Beautiful refrigerator! It just takes a long time to get to the right temperatures. So if you have a deep freezer or an extra refrigerator, put your food in there until the next day.

This fridge is awesome. We had a French door fridge where the middle door was inside the double doors and it always bothered me that i had to open both french doors to access a center tray. The tray is both recessed and pretty small. No more! I can open either door and access what I need from that side of the fridge. The center door is both bigger and more practical. Also the freezer is smaller but that just means food will not be forgotten at the bottom as easily!

We purchased this Samsung refrigerator about seven years ago. It is a beautiful looking refrigerator but we have had problems with it about a year and half in Samsung is well aware of this problem and there is a class action suit against them! If you google and review this French door refrigerator you will see thousands of complaints about the ice maker. We have had repair people out at least 4-5 times and there isn’t a way to repair it. We have now shut off the ice maker and we make ice from trays every couple of days. For the price we paid to HAVE an ice maker and that Samsung refuses to do anything, I will never buy a Samsung appliance again. Please read the reviews and save yourself money for repairs and the hassle of having to defrost and turn it off for hours at a time. Another fun bonus is the noise it starts to make when it is about to malfunction again, it sounds like a small plane going through your kitchen. Do your homework and look for another brand!!!

Good space. We specially like the flexZone for dairy products. This is the perfect finger prints free surface refrigerator! We definitely recommend it!

Seemed good at first, but in over 6 yrs: Ice machine freezes over every week - broken Water filter doesn’t seat well, bought 3 new ones - broken Door flap spring broken Middle drawer flex temp control broken, now will freeze most of the food in that drawer. Back/inside of fridge freezes over, causing fan to stop circulating air All of these are known problems to Samsung and service techs. Youtube has multiple videos out in how to try and fix or just rig the fridge to keep working. I would try a different brand and see if you have better luck?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just replaced 8 year old silver refrigerator, not samsung brand, with a new samsung silver faced refrigerator. I am very very pleased with this one. The extra middle drawer lets you store all sorts of options like butter, meats, and bacon; I love it. The temperature can easily be changed in this drawer to accommodate each of these options. I have never seen anything like the smart divider in a refrigerator before. It easily lets you customize the size of each section of the flex zone drawer. The shelves in the main compartment will flip up to accommodate tallers items. The freezer has a built in pull out drawer for extra items. The handles in the lower drawers are nice, and flip up when you pull them open. The twin cooling system ensures that my food stays fresh longer by keeping the cooling system for the fridge and freezer separate. It truly is fingerprint resistant, I had lots of fun testing this fact. The LED lighting is nice and bright. I'm always able to see everything in the fridge. It's cool that you can connect the refrigerator to wifi and control the temperature from an app on your phone. This is a fridge from the future. I really recommend this Samsung Refrigerator.

Ice maker broke 6 months after delivery. There is a defect on all Samsung ice makers the manufacturer is aware and they have a class action law suit against them. Buyer beware. Home Depot salesman persuaded me to Samsung and I regret buying it. There’s even a fb page dedicated for people having this problem.

The installation process went relatively smoothly although the installers had a hard time putting everything together after taking it apart to get in the door. It took over 2 hours to install. The RF28R7201SR/AA 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with FlexZone™ Drawer in Stainless Steel offers a spacious interior in both the freezer and refrigerator sections however there are limitations on the flexibility of adjustability of shelves and keepers which is challenging if you have a number of larger items such as milk and juice. The flexzone drawer is great for the kid's juice boxes and snacks. The refrigerator cools appropriately and works well with no uneven cooling or moisture issues. The handles and drawers pull easily without issue. Our two year old is able to open the drawers to obtain drinks and snacks. The exterior finish is really nice although shows fingerprints and smudges. Overall, I would rank this a 4.5/5 with a deduction for the lack of adjustability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The excitement continued to build about receiving our Samsung refrigerator. After a few trips to local places to check out how it would look, we were ready for delivery. When it arrived we had to take down our front door to get it in the house. Once in, my wife was very satisfied. The French doors are easy to open and the flex drawer in the middle is nice to hold drinks. The freezer on the bottom opens up smoothly and has multiple areas to put frozen products. The fridge is well lit upon opening and even beeps when left open after two minutes as we found out. I like that the fridge on the right hand side has a digital read out of the temperature so I can see that it is exactly 37 degrees inside the fridge. Their is also a temperature gauge for the deli and the freezer. The stainless steel on the fridge is only needed to be wiped down every so often. I unfortunately can’t give a review on the ice maker and water filter because the line was broken when we went to hook up that part of the fridge. That is a feature my wife has waited 44 years she told me. We will get that taken care of and eventually have full use of our fridge. In the meantime we can enjoy all the space and looks of our new refrigerator. Samsung has delivered another great product.

My husband thought I got scammed, but we he finally seen the shiny stainless steel set up, he was excited. He said " I did excellent job on picking a refrigerator! " yaaaay me! My experience with the middle rack were bent inwards. I didnt want to wait any longer for another refrigerator, so I called Samsung and they stated they would send new shelves out for the refrigerator. I love our new refrigerator. I love the French doors, the fact that the freezer is at the bottom and the extra sliding shelf that's located inside of the freezer; it very spacious. My kids are enjoying the water and ice dispenser. The inside of the fridge is cool and refreshing. I love the lighting inside, the fact that Samsung has the 2 shelves that you can lift up and the other you can slide in so it could hold tall items is great! Samsung I must say you did and excellent job on this refrigerator! It's definitely better than our old refrigerator. Also you can connect it Bixby with your phone to adjust the temperature is cool; its exciting. My husband likes that fact that its fingerprints resistence. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!
