I have had the fridge for two weeks now. I am thrilled with the purchase. It has lots of space, easy-to-use controls, is quiet, and looks excellent—a vast improvement over the model I replaced.

The refrigerator is spacious and well built. The app is easy to use.

We purchased this Samsung refrigerator to replace an LG that died after six years. The Samsung’s control panel was blinking when we received it which indicated some major malfunction. After following all the troubleshooting steps and the appliance never cooling down, we initiated a return since it didn’t get cold and the control panel didn’t function at all. The drawers and doors felt flimsy, so in addition to it not working, this fridge seemed like a cheap, low-quality product. We selected it because we didn’t want ice/water in the door (very few options to select from) but aside from that feature, it was a poor choice. We replaced this defective Samsung with a Frigidaire and while it is hard to know about the quality or longevity of the internal components, I can say that the Frigidaire’s doors, drawers, and ice maker immediately felt more substantial compared to the Samsung and our old LG for a comparable price. The return process was a bit of a hassle since we are in a rural area and we still haven’t received the refund but are glad that the 48 hour return policy exists since we needed to use it.

The fridge works fantastic for my families needs. It's a great size and looks great in my kitchen.

My only disappointment is that it has no egg/cheese drawer but that did force me into some organization creativity. I hardly use the ice and when I do I forget to close the bin but it's cute, it's clean! Lots of space. I love it.

The refrigerator is stunningly beautiful with absolutely gorgeous doors- no 'side-by-side' fridge from your past can prepare you. The model I chose does not include a water dispenser, as these eventually leak/break. Use Brita pitchers instead. The refrigerator is huge. A frozen pizza can lay flat in the freezer. The unit is especially deep and yet you can easily reach the back of the shelves due to the thoughtful configuration out of the box. The control panel is very easy to understand and use, unlike prior and more expensive models.

All over cooling. You have to reach in to grab ice, and it's small. Not sanitary with different people. There are No adjustable shelves. Shelves are not stable, and easily tip out dropping all the contents on the floor and possibly breaking. Small bins. No drawers for lunch meats. 1 vegetable bin and no temperature control Designed to place milk and items on the door. The problem is the doors become crooked looking on the outside. Only suitable for single people who have little groceries.

We installed this the end of August. By April it was not running. Samsung took forever to arrange tech. Tech has been out 3 times and fridge is not repairable. Now I am told it will be 3 -5 business days for Samsung to contact me again to retrieve the fridge and work something out. It has been over a month since the first call. We lost everything in the freezer and fridge the first time and some things the second time. I will never buy Samsung again. Customer service is horrible,

Refrigerator died after 1.5 years from date of purchase due to a failure of the sealed system. Samsung is trying to claim that the refrigerator is out of warranty even though their own warranty documents explicitly state that parts and labor of the sealed system are covered for 5 years. The only silver lining is that this is a fairly straightforward case for small claims court. Filed today and am expecting to get the prorated value of the refrigerator. I would highly recommend that all prospective buyers avoid Samsung products. In my experience, they are not built to last and Samsung will not honor their warranty agreements as written.

Works great so far. It's only been installed for a month. Only drawback is no adjustable shelves.

The manual describes all the noises it can make and goes on say they are normal. My refrigerator must be very normal because it randomly makes all of these noises at various times. It's rare when it's quiet.

We've had it about a year and love it. It's great features like filter replacement reminder is great as well as the alarm if ice tray isn't properly shut

I mean, it works so that's good. My biggest problem with it is the shelves are not adjustable. The ice maker in the door has a very small capacity for ice and it gets jammed a lot. I've had this refrigerator for 4 years and just found out that the black stainless steel it's not actually a black stainless steel. It's a black film over stainless steel which after time will peel off. So now there are spots on my refrigerator that are black, and some that are silver where the black film peeled off

We are very happy with this Samsung refrigerator. It’s exactly what we wanted.

Still have not got the temp display in the freezer working. Other than that it a nice Refigerattor

I am extremely happy with my Samsung refrigerator. I like the sleek modern look of a side by side. The refrigerator and freezer section work highly efficiently.

I love my new frig. It is so roomy & has exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was great. Very timely and received notification when on the way. Install was excellent.

Nice looking, plenty room and shelves. So far so good
