I bought this model for one year and the cover of reservoir was melting and after one year waranty the microwave was smoke and smell not working

It's been good for 1 year, no problems. Software designed not so well, like a clock and confirmations. I like doors there too.

I love the modern look and technology that came with the unit, but installation was a nightmare. I wish it would of came with a power cord.

The panel and control knobs are laid out well, eye level, and hard to reach for small children. There are lots of cooking options, but the interface is still simple and intuitive, using full names (eg pizza) instead of reference numbers (02) as options. Self-closing oven door is quiet. The Flex dual-convection oven does not have all the features of an actual dual oven, but actually works great for what it’s designed to do. You may even find this oven more practical and efficient for “daily use” than a full size double oven. It can also prep bread dough and dehydrate food. We had no problem connecting it to WiFi. The iOS mobile app is useful. You can add a frozen pizza to your shopping cart and start preheating the oven before leaving the store...how cool is that! Microwave is quiet and can also convection bake, broil, dry fry, etc., thus eliminating some counter-top appliances and freeing up precious counter real estate. Love the drop-down microwave door for holding hot items temporarily. Not only does it perform well, it looks awesome. The screen-saver clock combined with the Hollywood Transformer looking knobs, brushed stainless steel, and blue accent lights give this oven an awesome high tech futuristic look and feel. This would be a great addition to a modern contemporary designed kitchen. So many things to love about this appliance.

This oven has some great qualities. Unfortunately, I can't get past the fact that the clock will only display an hour at a time -- it comes on right after use but will only stay on for the subsequent hour. If this isn't a problem for you, then I guess I could recommend it. However, it takes the fun out of it for me. Samsung went to the trouble of designing various stylish clock faces to choose from but doesn't provide the option of letting the clock display perpetually. I will also say that the microwave cook time and start interface is not as perfectly streamline as I would like for an appliance that is so heavily in use -- requires me to select "ok" after inputing the time, in addition to having to select start -- not clear to me why the extra step is required. Also, the microwave is sometimes loud-ish -- makes me wonder if something is getting ready to malfunction. Having said all that, the bottom oven seems to produce good results -- heats quickly and evenly.

I did a lot of research on wall ovens when I decided to replace my 11 year old Wolf combination wall oven. I kept coming back to the Samsung ovens after comparing features, costs, appearance and overall quality expectations. I finally settled on the Samsung NQ70M7770DG/AA with the Flex duo and microwave combination. After 5 weeks of use, I'm convinced I made the right choice for all of the reasons stated above. The oven heats quickly, is so easy to use and is a stunningly attractive addition to my kitchen. The microwave is a cinch to use and does its job effectively and efficiently. This is a quality product, often priced less than other major brands competing products. I expect many years of excellent baking, broiling and roasting from this Samsung product.

Remodeling the kitchen and wanted something up to today's standards. This is an amazing looking Duo that has my teenage BOYS showing it off to their friends! It makes chicken nuggets CRISPY in the MICROWAVE! The Steam Bake make my egg casserole fluffy and light, and the looks alone blow me away. My only complaint is I am having a hard time getting it online to synch with my phone (Something I don't think I'll ever use, but love the idea of) however I think that could be user error... waiting to be home with a teen to set me up!
