After one year of owning our Samsung microwave and oven wall unit, we begin having issues with the electronic board. I had hoped it was just a glitch however, the electronic board has gotten worse. Now we can't even get parts to fix it. I was once excited about my new beautiful oven now it is a huge pain and expensive to replace. To get something even comparable, it will costs us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about it a month ago and have only used the oven twice, the microwave daly and I have not used the convection oven feature as of yet. I have not found a way to press just one button for a minutes time in the microwave ?? The only other thing that I wish this microwave had was a QR code to register your product with smart things. The Samsung refrigerator that I purchased did have that QR code inside of the refrigerator, very convenient for any further use as it made it simple.

IF SAMSUNG WAS AS INTERESTED IN QUALITY, AS THEY ARE IN SALES - MY MICROWAVE WOULDN'T HAVE A BROKEN HANDLE...

pro -sleek modern/good build quality - convection microwave oven -sliding roll out shelf oven -thermometer -water reservoir -wifi control through app (not sure if i would use this. cons -flimsy control panel (loose at the top) -touch control interface could have been more simple. to use microwave, you have to touch four different buttons to microwave: 1) touch to wake it up 2) select microwave 3) add time (30sec) 4) start (lg products provide a touch-sensitive bar) -no up and down arrow to select temperature/time, (only option is to enter time) -oven throws out an extensive amount of heat from the bottom -pre-heat to 350 takes 10 minutes previous 17 year old ge would take less than 6 minutes

It is so flexing...cooking something small - use the top on convection. Want even cooking on racks - use fan bake or fan roast in the bottom. In a hurry... combing microwave and convection will cut the cooking time by roughly 1/3. And it's beautiful!

Haveing a big family we had to upgrade to a double oven, while renovating my kitchen i recieved this oven i was over joyed especially having a " sitting on the floor oven " for a long time . We also wanted to space up my kitchen by getting an in wall oven & making my kitchen more of a modern day look! Definilty glad we got to receive this samsung double oven! This samsung oven made my kitchen look so elegant and beautiful all at the same time while making my meals come out amazing and evenly cooked ! My husband is the second chef in the house and he cant stay out of the kitchen now (thank you)! The oven is more then we expected and more not only in style but in cooking the food amazingly ! This oven Heats up fast with adjustable levels of tempatures as expected! We love the blue led touch screen for a little night light at night for the kitchen also a plus for night time cooking ! The black stainless steel finish definilty is a eye magnet, the doors are easy to open and close dont slam & are not heavy at all ! ! not to mention the black stainless steel double oven is finger print resistant definilty a plus when having kids around also makes it easy to wipe down clean of spills while baking or cooking also love how everything matches the all black front glass to the touchscreen buttons and the black handles !The racks are silver which stands out and makes the inside of the oven so beautiful they are also adjustable easy to move in and out of the oven also up and down which gives you space for big pots or little pots and the racks are not heavy at all . The preset buttons definilty come in handy . Did i mention the blue lining inside the oven definilty an amazing finish to the oven . I love the double oven because it give me room to bake and cook all at the same time or if i cook a big meal gives me room to maneuver. We have got so many compliments of just the oven alone i could mell more holidays (gatherings) to come ! The double oven makes time in cooking so much faster i always hated having to stay in the kitchen and wait for my food to be done and keep checking on it with this oven im able to set a timer and do what i have to do around the house definilty a huge plus . Love how the time is displayed on the front of the oven big enough to see! Also The mesurements for the oven is on point all correct So definilty make sure that your measurements are exact .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance is amazing. From the first moment of receiving this Microwave/ Oven combo we fell in love. The look of this Samsung is beautifully modern and sleek. It's black stainless looks better in person than it looks in pictures and the control panel is easy to read and operate. I love that the Microwave has a cheet sheet right on the inside of the door for all the cooking presets that you always have to pull the book out to get, very convenient. At first it takes a little getting used to pulling the door down on the Microwave , instead of to the side like most other units but now I like it even more, also a very convenient feature from Samsung. This combo unit works flawlessly. All the cooking times are spot on and the convection portion saves an immense amount of time on many items without sacrificing taste. The microwave portion of this combo is a worthy mate to the amazing oven Samsung has delivered in this appliance. The oven is the quality of some of your commercial units used today. The door and Handle are very sturdy and easy to grab. It's rack with the sliders makes it a breeze to even cook some of your heaviest items that you would usually struggle with. When it comes to the other racks without the sliders they are still very fluid sliding in and out with ease. The temperature and all of my cook times have been flawless. Being able to set my preheat and walk away knowing that I am going to get a message from my oven when it's ready is a very futuristic and useful feature on this Samsung combo. The smart features of this and most of Samsung's appliances is where all cutting edge and something we will all not want to live without was we experience this technology. In conclusion of this review , this appliance is amazingly beautiful and modern with all the features you could want in a new Microwave/ Convection Oven combo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best oven/microwave combination that we have ever owned. It complements all of the other appliances that we have in our kitchen. My wife loves the blue light panel and the interior daylight while it is cooking.

we purchased this product in 11/18 and in 2/2020, it quit. pic shows something burned inside.

Our combo is less than 4 months old and not used often. The roller ring has already broken. Ridiculous at this price point!!

It just died and only lasted four years. Almost burned down my house. Now I have to buy something else.

Owned less than 4 years and are on our third repair! First was a circuit board issue. Little more than a year later, C-A2 message comes up. $800+ repair. Now less than a year since it was replaced, C-A2 message comes up again! Estimated repair is $950. Samsung could care less. Going to have to buy a new unit and definitely NOT Samsung. Gave 1 star only because I had too or it would not accept review!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First we had to wait a week, when they had to replace the board for the microwave. Now we are waiting for another board for the given. While analyzing the new problem, the tech replaced the steam box, incorrectly and lost the rubber top. We are still waiting for the repair. The device is beautiful, functionality is good, except for the electronics. I find it hard to believe the device was testdmbefore shipping. Repairs need the device removal and it damages the cabinet. Two calls for service, so far 5 visits. This is not what I expected from Samsung. That's why no bot the oven microwave combo, min the first place. If the electronics had functioned properly, I would have rated the device 5 stars...

Looks great not installed yet

DO NOT BUY!!! Only a 1 star because a 0 star is not available. Incredibly disappointed with this product. We have been loyal Samsung product owners and when we remodeled our kitchen we foolishly decided to buy all Samsung appliances (oven/microwave, free range cooktop, dishwasher, and refrigerator). Nevermind the refrigerator ice maker has continued to break over and over and the dishwasher leaks out the front, but this oven/microwave combo has now broken for the 4th time. The first 3 were the microwave and now the oven no longer works. We have had this unit repaired the 3 previous times but cannot continue to use this unreliable and faulty product. Extremely disappointed. We will never buy another Samsung product again.

terribly disappointed in craftsmanship. microwave handle is broken and replacement part price is shocking! terrified to imagine what it will cost to have a new one installed.
