Beautiful looking product with a flawless finish in stainless steel. I have had this refrigerator for four days. It keeps temperature well very quietly. It has nice deep drawers and bins.
The only negative aspect I can think of is that the lights inside are a little on the dim side. I can see all food fine but it would be nicer if it was a bit brighter.

This refrigerator is quite roomy inside with plenty of light. The shelves are adjustable so that the space can be customized. It looks modern and stylish. I had limited space to place my new refrigerator and this fits perfectly. The freezer door closes automatically which is a great feature. I have never had a bottom freezer and I have found that it is a little inconvenient. The refrigerator doors close tightly but not automatically. The doors have strong closure hinges on top which require slight force to push the doors closed. I have had this refrigerator 3 weeks and overall, it meets my expectations.

I cannot speak for this items longevity as it was just delivered today. I purchased it from Home Depot on clearance from $1,664.00 to $998.00, called the 1-800 number and asked for a discount because an appliance I wanted was unavailable. The rep gave me $50 off for the inconvenience. The delivery was on time and as described. There was a small dent on the door which we opted not to have fixed because of Samsung's damage allowance of $150.00. $798 for a brand new refrigerator installed? I'm thrilled! I attached a photo of the dent, we're covering it with a magnet. You can put a magnum of wine and a 2 litre in front of bottled beer with the depth this refrigerator offers! The only con is the bottom sliding drawer in the refrigerator doesn't have a humidity control and has a bit of a blind zone because you can't pull the drawer all the way out. It is also pretty loud - equivalent to our dishwasher running which is surprisingly louder than our circa 1990's Whirlpool that we replaced. All in all we're thrilled!

We absolutely LOVE our new French Door Samsung refrigerator. Having a small kitchen means having to purchase a smaller refrigerator. However, the amount of storage that our French Door Refrigerator has is truly amazing. We were very impressed with the amount of freezer storage...something we did not have that with our last bottom freezer. The sleek stainless steel finish is just an added bonus! I would highly recommend Samsung products to my friends and family.

I love this fridge and am very happy with my choice. I bought the white model which has a nice, clean. sleek look to it. There is lots of room in both the fridge and freezer and the door open alarm is very helpful with a hubby around that tends to leave door ajar. I would definitely recommend this fridge.

Beautiful
This was truly a Dream come true. Samsung did one outstanding job the design of the Refrigerator. The Classic French Doors are wonderful, adding more space then I really thought, I have no issues with this product at all. The Freezer on the bottom, I thought would be a problem, but with the two door spacing there are no storage problems at all, I can get to items very easy. Has very nice settings, Cold is Cold. A Product well done.

We received the refrigerator on 12/28/2016 as was scheduled. The unit appeared very nice except for the dent in the upper, left side. The dent was noticed by the delivery men. (Photo included) The found it as they were unwrapping it. They said that I could send it back and get a replacement or accept a $150 discount for keeping it. Since the dent can be covered by a magnet we chose to keep it for the $150. Outside of that it is working properly.
I would also like to commend your delivery men for their work. They went over and above what we expected. Thanks to them.

I like how bright it is inside when you open the doors. Plenty of room in the freezer and food compartments. Although we have had it only a couple weeks we are very pleased with the unit. We updated all of our appliances and hood fan to stainless steel and love the new look to the kitchen!! Decided to share all of the photos.

Great refrigerator for its size
We had to replace our refrigerator and were limited by the size we could use. We found this great French-door style that fits perfectly in our kitchen and the price was reasonable. The style and color (black) really updated our kitchen. It is functional and roomy! This model is slightly narrower than our old fridge, but very deep so we did not compromise interior space. Just had it installed 5 days ago, and so far so good. Making ice, sounds quiet, looks nice, keeping food cold...just what it should be doing!

Fabulous Fridge
A compact yet spacious refrigerator with a well designed, well lighted interior. The door shelves hold a load of condiments, wine bottles, juice and milk cartons; the fruit and vegetable drawers have humidity control; and the full width pantry drawer is great for cheeses, pies, and platters.

Spacious and well-designed refrigerator
We purchased this refrigerator because our existing refrigerator was too large for the space in our new mid-century house. Because of its superior design, this refrigerator seems more spacious than our old one. I love the shelves in the door, the convenient shelf in the freezer, and the lights. I also like the gray sides, because they don't contrast with the stainless steel like the black sides do on other refrigerators. The only thing I miss is having a designated dairy compartment.

Perfect for lake cottage.
Looks & works as expected. Made slight humming noise at first. Then I leveled & aligned doors and humming noise went away. Ice maker supply line had no fittings and just bare plastic hose ran from water inlet. Made extending water line difficult. Love the led lights in freg. & freezer.

I love the black and it fits perfect in my space. I am just not sure about how loud it is.
The ordering process was very easy. We did get exactly what we ordered. The delivery men were wonderful, fast and efficient.

Holds a lot for it's size.
Everything is located at your fingertips in the refridgerator and on the doors and the lights work great. The shelfs adjust easilly and the bottom freezer drawer puts the ice bucket and the lower main freezer storage at your reach with out getting on your knees. It is very styish with quiet opperation. Had it for 2 weeks and love it.

Water dispenser not working.

Black stainless is garbage. Refrigerator is only 3 years old and the black is PEELING off the fridge. Also the track that holds the drawers broke. The black stainless is also peeling on the stove.

Horrid
I’ve had this refrigerator for 8 years. The ice maker never worked properly. The design of the drawers is horrendous. Only one shelf can be tall enough for a gallon container. The temperature controls turn off and need to be reset by turning off electric. It’s now freezing items on every shelf in the refrigerator. I cannot wait to get rid of it. I will never buy a Samsung refrigerator again

Cheap drawers and door racks/shelves broke quickly
No issues with cooling. But it is very noisy. More importantly, within a short time, all the door shelves and drawers starting cracking and breaking off with normal use. Cheap plastic materials. Our ten-year-old Samsung, a larger three-door we keep in the garage, didn't have these quality issues. Replacement accessories are expensive. Not worth it to replace all of them. Switching to LG for the next refrigerator because my wife has had it with this garbage. Samsung quality has deteriorated over the years. For what it's worth, we saw the same pattern with washer and dryer and ended up switching to LG for those appliances also.
