Sets the Dryer 2" Further Back Than the Washer
these stacking brackets do securely fasten the dryer to the top of the washer, but my issue is with the fact that the brackets are bent so that that dryer sits further back by around 2" on the washer. the 50a8600 set we bought are already some of the deepest washer/dryers you can get, so clearance is at a premium, the vent pipe has to have plenty of space behind them. is there a reason that this bracket has to make the dryer sit back? can't the bracket be flat so that the dryer and washer sit equally flush at the front. just adding that extra 2 inches of space at the back for the dryer vent to fit could make all the difference for some people who would like these large capacity sets. with this current set up, our set barely allows the laundry room door to clear them.

Easy install
easy to install, all hardware included and that samsung quality you always get with all their products. im very pleased with the product and the shipping speed of samsung. i will definitely recommended this if you're trying to get the most space out of your garage or laundry room.

This washer and dryer set are a great improvement to my laundry room. Of course, my 9ther ones were probably 20 yes old so anything would be an improvement. They do work very well and have more options than I'll probably use.

In general so far so good, delivery got some delayed but the after called in, reschedule the delivery. they stay to make sure the machine works properly before leaving.

3+ Weeks For Delivery
I ordered this part and I am here 3 weeks later and between Home Depot and Samsung there is still no idea where my delivery is. I have called both customer service lines and no one can even give me a UPS Tracking Number even though I was told it was going to be delivered 2 weeks ago.

Not convinced this will last that long. The door is made of cheap plastic, the washer makes a bizarre grinding noise when I turn it on, and it retains water inside the machine after washing. Definitely don’t pay full price if you purchase this one.

Ordered item in November. Scheduled delivery for February. Item kept being delayed. And wasn’t delivered until July. Not stoked!! Like the product but not delivery. Samsung was horrible to deal with tried contacting multiple times.

If I could go back, I would have gotten the LG combo. Unfortunately, Home Depot was out of the stacking device.
I got the combo about a month and a half ago.
Samsung is OK. It takes longer to dry my clothes. Sometimes, I have to put in clothes and/or bedding/comforters two or three times to get it completely dried.
Other than that, it looks very pretty and fits perfectly in my space. Delivery was smooth and fast.

Works excellent, very quiet! The only thing I don’t like is the touch feature, you barely touch it and turns off, then if you use child lock you have to turn the machine back one to get it out of lock.

Product came in a damaged taped up box that could have fit a 70 inch television in. zero screws to assemble so delivery men would not even install the washer. Had to hire outside contractor to assembly. Will do best noy to use Home Depot delivery again in the Florida Keys.
