Stops working within a year.. Just DEAD
Garbage don't BUY, stopped working within a year. Just DEAD. Not the only one in the new construction cookie cutter neighborhood where the builder put this garbage on.

Super Convenient!

Great for air bnb
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this lock so I could change the code from home for our air bnb. Not only can I add/delete and change codes I can set a time period they work or unlock/lock remotely. This allows me to let service people in from 6 hours away. You can also connect it to air bnb and they will set the codes up for you automatically.
I do have a key box on property with a key incase the lock does not work. It has only used once. The internet went out in our part of town. I found out later the master code or a code that does not have a time limit still works.

Good if in low humidity areas. Horrible if not.
Bought this lock bout a year and a half ago. The as the second one because I flooded our first one with a pressure washer(definitely my fault). 3 months ago the face started being touch and go if it would accept any inputs. About a week ago it completely stopped reacting to anything. Verified correct voltage output on batteries, battery pack, and checked for voltage at the connector between the interior part to the exterior part. No voltage present across ground to any points. Think the board has bit it. Did notice the cap collected moisture even in an air conditioned house with a dehumidifier(we do live in the south with high heat and humidity). Expected better from a product of this price point. Will be looking to other brands for hopefully better quality.

Needs to restart everyday
It's too smart that can easily get strange problem. My keypad always auto disabled after a while, must remove battery and resinstall to restart it everyday. I'd rather use my old $50 lock with phyical keypad, at least my press will be responed.

Great Lock
This is the PERFECT lock for what I needed!! I love that I can monitor it from anywhere, that it self locks and I can manage codes easily on my phone with seeing who's coming in and when. I love it so much I'm ordering another one for the back door today.
