The sales folks indicated the lock would definitely fit my door. It doesn’t. The lock that I am replacing has a 2 inch backset which is hard to find, and Home Depot does not carry. Although the box clearly states the backseat size, the sales folks should have asked me to confirm the size of my backseat before claiming that it would definitely fit.

Easy-to-use and always in style
