It worked fairly well for my purposes. I was a bit disappointed that the style I was looking for was no longer available but the original Schlage Dummy Knob in that finish was purchased along with 17 other Schlage Knobs by me in 2004 when I was updating some of the hardware in my house at the time.

Easy to install
Door knobs were easy to install. Took less than five minutes. They look great on our closet doors. Why door knobs have to be a bit pricey is beyond me. But other than that, I'd recommend.

Schlage Is a Winner
The quality is outstanding - far superior to Kwikset. You pay for the quality at the register, but less expensive than Yale or other high end locksets. Finish is very durable.
