[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 18 years ago, we bought and installed 4 Schlage Keyed Entry and 4 Dead Bolts. They finally wore out to a point where it needed to be replaced. We looked at nothing but Schlage. It's a Quality product. 18 years ago we were able to buy a matched set, keyed alike both a Entry and Dead Bolts. But now they are sold separately.

Works well, looks good, easy install. Rekeying takes time and needs to be done at the store if you don't have the equipment.

Home Depot employee could not get the doorknob rekeyed. The doorknob assembly cannot be reassembled. Something is wrong with this batch of doorknobs. He used two different doorknobs, but the issue is the same with both. When I returned it the same day, the person at the counter stated that a different one was returned a day or two before. I have purchased Schlage doorknobs before with no problems. ???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 3 sets and installed2 so far Installation is easy - as to be expected. Seems well made in general. The QC wasn't quite perfect on one set however. The hand knob eschution was a 2 piece affair - the inside mechanism and the outside brushed nickel. The holes of each didn't line up well which made the mounting screws impossible to use. I spent about 5 minutes with a screwdriver and hammer rotating the 2 peices into alignment. Never had that issue in all my 66 years.
