Scott’s Outdoor Cleaner Really Works!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased Scotts outdoor cleaner and used it on my patio furniture, hot tub shell, and even the siding on the back of my home. It is so easy to use and works incredibly well. This product is safe for all my outdoor materials, and will be my spring and fall home maintenance “go to”.

Cleans well, but not refillable
Bought this spray bottle and the 1 gallon refill next to it on the shelf to do a number of cleaning tasks outside. Cleaner works well. Nice that it's bleach-free and can spray safely around plants & grass.
BUT, discovered that the spray bottle CANNOT be opened and refilled. The spray product runs out pretty quickly when cleaning large areas. I bought a 1 gallon refill but have no way to spray it. Why sell a big refill when the sprayer doesn't open?!? Could use improvement in this regard. If you need to do a lot of cleaning, you'll need to but many multiple spray bottles.

This product should clean most dirt, and staining from mold, mildew, and algae (that is dead) off of outdoor surfaces. You need to gently scrub the area prior to rinsing to get the most thorough cleaning possible. It may require additional time to sit on the area prior to scrubbing and rinsing to be most effective. If algae or other item is green and growing, this will not kill it or remove it from the surface. These must be killed first before they can be cleaned off.

It was soap in a bottle. It did not work...
It was soap in a bottle. It did not work very well on its own. I had to scrub to get the dirt off my siding. By itself, this product could easily be replaced by a bucket full of soapy water.

One time use bottle is ridiculous!
How about being more sustainable. You sell a refill jug of your product but your hose end bottle is not refillable. Not good! Product is ok on dirt but didn't work well on mold even with a lot of scrubbing.

Not great for big jobs. Be ready to work!
Bought this to clean sunbrella sling chairs (8) and chaise lounges. Got the job done, but took multiple applications & LOTS of scrubbing. Spray bottle is great, but only did 2 -3 chairs. Very frustrating that it is not refillable, and is hard to comprehend why it’s not, as it’s very handy to be able to apply & rinse with the same tool. Fortunately, found a cheat on-line to refill.

Worked well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked well. Used on deck to clean made a great difference in manual cleaning. We sprayed and washed to get off tough mildew from winter under plant pots. Also charcoal grill stuff on the deck came here off after a couple of try’s.

Great and effective product

Wish it was a bit STRONGER!

It did some results on our deck but needed more than a couple applications to really bring it to a clean enough finish... And we did use sturdy stiff brushes to agitate. But would still recommend this product.

Works Well
