I LOVE my Serta Convertible Sofa. Compact size yet opens to queen size bed. Super easy to slide arm rests into place. Cushion is firm but can easily throw a mattress topper on top to make more plush for sleeping.

It is perfect for our small guest room/office. It is very sturdy and comfortable. It was easy to assemble, but very very heavy to carry. My boyfriend and I could not get it in the house without lots of help. If you have like 4 people, it might be okay. If I could go back, I would pay for delivery and assembly

Super comfy and easy to assemble! Best sofa bed I’ve ever slept on, and so worth the value.

This bed opens to a true queen sized bed. No uncomfortable bar in your back like traditional sofa beds. Very easy to open and easy to close back to sofa. Fabric is nice, soft enough but very durable. Good for people liking a bed on the firm side.

Easy to put together. Looks great. Firm, but comfortable. Folds out to a bed very easily. The back part of the couch-mode can adjust to different reclining positions, which was a nice unknown feature for me to find. Using for a guest bedroom. Well worth the money.

I got delivery on time with good condition. This product has good quality and perfect design. It very good for rest and make perfect filling for my back. Thanks for Serta company for make me happy.

The Harrington Queen sleeper sofa was exactly what I had been looking for. Small enough to fit through a narrow door (29") and large enough to sleep 2 people comfortably. On the firm side but comfy enough. I would recommend!

Not arriving when schedule. Bought this for guests to use over weekend. Wont arrive until guests have gone. Funny, review guidelines say don't leave complaints about shipping on this review page. Says to click on "Feedback" link and leave feedback. Out of about 100 links on the page, NONE say feedback. So, here is my feedback. Do what you say you will do.

It is a five star for our needs. Turned Guest room into a room with pack-in-play and changing table for 2 new grand babies born during the pandemic....going to be doing lots of babysitting. The queen size bed had to go and this is a great replacement! It is not a soft piece of furniture and the seat is deep and at 5’4” when I sit back my feet do not touch but put my feet on couch or use a footstool or pillow behind my back. No reports for sleep comfort yet but probably going to get a topper at some point...we don’t have many guests just older grandkids. It is very easy to make into a bed too!

This sofa is very nice. You will need 2 people to attach arms to sides of sofa. You need to lift each end or flip sofa over. Arms need to slide up into brackets. Directions were images which weren’t very clear to me.

Great looking piece of furniture! Super comfortable and a breeze to put together. Love how easy it transforms into a sofa-bed and the variety of back support adjustments.

I have remodeled my travel trailer and this lovely couch fits perfectly. It's comfortable. I love the color. I read reviews and they were all good. I recommend this sofa.

theirs a piece on the back not place were it should be is not built properly but unfortunately i cant take it to store to return do to not having a truck and carry it to store

The convertible sofa didn't meet my expectations. It's very firm even to lay down during the day and during a night impossible to get a sleep.

Nice firm sofa. Great for a small appartment. The arms slide in easily but needed two people. Easy to spot clean. I like a firm mattress and can see this getting used frequently. For the price I’d consider buying again.

This couch does it all and is very comfy! My guest slept great on it as a bed too :)highly recommend
