When the opportunity to try the Sevin Insect Killer spray came out, I immediately jumped in to try to snag a spot! So happy I was able to try it out! Living in south Texas, we have a lot of bugs all the time, so I wanted to put this product to the test. Setting up the sprayer was a breeze. I sprayed my yard and flower bed and my roses along side of the house in no time at all. I had enough product to get the job done. I've been pleased with the results, no bugs or flies! My flower garden looks great and my plants and yard are thriving. I would definitely purchase this product, specially to see if it can help with the dreaded mosquitoes we get here .

Just takes a couple of minutes of your time. Now sit back and relax, no swatting bugs. I definitely recommend this product and will buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in Florida, this is the season when all types of bugs come out, especially ants. We get tons of ants and they are truly a pain to get rid of. So this product came to me at the right time. I attached the bottle to my hose and sprayed a fairly large area of my yard and garden, and around the perimeter of my home. The bottle was a little heavier because of the water hose, but I was able to handle it...I had a good grip. The product came out of the large sprayer on the bottle and I was able to cover every area that I needed to cover. That made me happy because some I've used from other companies, had more narrow sprayers and it really didn't cover well. There were some ants actively moving about with ant hills that were high and in abundance. As I began to spray the area, I could see the ants running but then slowing down and dying. Many went back into the holes, but I'm sure they didn't make it because by the time I came back to that area, there wasn't any movement at all. Before the end of the day, I checked each area and there wasn't any movement of any bugs. Sevin Insect Killer Ready to Spray had done it's job! Yayyyy!!! I shared my experience with my friends and neighbors and they said that they will purchase it to help with their yard as well! I will definitely buy this product again! It was easy to use and very effective. The only issue I had was that it was a little heavy to hold with the hose but I made it work...no problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works like a charm. I hate those fruit flies, they come in with garden vegetables, and attack my banana's. Now, I throw away the bad fruit in the garbage as a trap! When the fruit flies follow the fruit into the garbage I spray the garbage and the flies are dead. I tried spraying around my doors/windows because those Boxelder Bugs, are crazy this time of year. Sprayed doors and window, dropped dead. And no sticky cloudiness on the glass. Only reason for 4 stars is, for me, this application delivery did not work well. Maybe I don't have proper water pressure (although my plant food with similar on-hose delivery system works reallyy well). Next time I'll order this product, but in either ready-to-use, or concentrate for pump sprayers.

I've got some honey suckle plants that seem to attract. I received this sevin brand insect killer from bzzagent as a free sample. I used it in my front yard and it worked really great to keep the bugs away from my plants and vegetables. I really like that it will not harm my pets, who always love to run around in the yard. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been a fan of the Sevin line of products. As a matter of fact, I have the hand spray bottle for plants. However, I just found out about this version that attaches to a hose. Talk about convenience! Sevin products work exceptionally well, so I had no doubts when thinking about using this delivery method. As a matter of fact, I feel this is much better than hand spraying. There might be some concern that it would be too much at once. Well put that notion aside. With the hose attached, you still control the delivery. Built into the hose delivery device is a flow control, so it's easy to control. Plus, you can also cut back on the water going to the product to reduce intensity. It may take a few moments but so worth it. Sevin is my "Go To" for insect control, so this particular bottle makes delivery of Sevin so easy. And your hand gets a break! I recommend this product 100%. Try it. You'll like it.

If you have a garden you know what it is like to have pests destroy your precious plants, and they dont discriminate, they will eat your flower plants, veggie plants, shrubs, new seedlings, potted plants, anything you have planted outdoors. Sevin will protect your plants for 3 months, killing over 500 insects, and is safe enough that you can get back to your gardening as soon as the spray dries. It is as simple to use as attaching it to your garden hose and turning to on. I noticed an improvement in the condition of my plants the next day, there was no new insect damage...Sevin had done a great job of killing the pests. The ease of treating my plants with it and how it connects straight to my garden hose is amazing! Last year I lost my pumpkins to insects and was so disappointed. I've been using it for about a few weeks and I don't have those bugs around my plants. Kills over 500 insects and it is for outdoor use.

The product was easy enough to hook up to the hose and use. My yard is right at 2290 square feet and the bottle covered the entire yard and was empty just as I finished spraying the yard. I had spotted a particular ant hill and sprayed it at the beginning prior to spraying the rest of the yard. The bottle claims to kill on contact, but I did not experience these results. As a matter of fact I checked halfway through my yard and still had movement on the ant hill. I checked again 30 minutes later and still had not killed all of the ants. See pictures and video. I also noticed that while moving the hose and the sprayer in the off position, it still leaks from the nozzle. Another claim made on the bottle was that it would keep killing for 30 days. I doubt this is the case since it didn't kill the ants.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While much of the country has been eagerly awaiting spring, in south Florida warm weather is a full time condition. While this means year round sun, it also means year round bugs!! We love our garden (especially hibiscus & tomato plants). Unfortunately, aphids (yuck!) love hibiscus flowers as much a we do. To make things worse, aphids are known as "plant lice" in our corner of the world (double yuck!!). Thankfully Sevin came to our rescue. Easy to apply-you only need a garden hose-and very effective, Sevin is a plant's best friend. If aphids aren't your thing, Sevin also works on beetles, ants, wasps, and the "Florida state insect"-cockroaches (triple yuck!!!). Very well priced compared to other insecticides, Sevin is the answer to call your unwelcome guests. If you have a garden, you likely have pests. If you have pests, you need Sevin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right before I received my Sevin Ready to Spray insect killer I noticed I had a bad infestation of mealy bugs so I used this the same day it was delivered on my whole property including the bug infested plants and it worked!! I live in Florida so you can image the bugs we get in these hot temperatures but I noticed the bugs were no longer moving after spraying with this product so I had to had clean all the dead bugs off and repot all the infected plants. I highly highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked that this product was so easy to use. No mixing or time consuming applications. Just hook it up to the hose and go to town. I saw white moths flying off shrubs and beetles falling to the ground as I sprayed my shrubs. I made sure to get to the underside of leaves and flowers. It's where pests hide. When I ck'd a few hours later, I saw some black beetles dead by some of my plants. I also ck'd on ant piles I sprayed. Not only were they gone, no new ant hills have sprung up. I loved that Sevin can be used on plants and the perimeter of my house. It does double duty. On the flip side, the product ran out fairly quickly. I wasn't able to spray all the shrubs in my front yard nor did I have enough product to include the yard (and my front yard is very small). To complete my entire yard, shrubs, flowers, and all of my container plants, would take two more containers of Sevin. That could make it too pricey. Also, the jury is still out whether Sevin will keep pests off my plants for 3 months. Only time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love most about this product is you just hook it up to your hose and spray. It is so easy to apply everywhere. You can apply to your yard, your bushes and even your flowers. Personally I also apply to all the cracks between my house and the driveway and along the base of my house perimeter. When it gets hit outside here, the bugs come out in droves, but I can just spray them away real quick.

We have never seen one in our garden in years so I'm guessing the Sevin insect killer spray is deterring the slithery little critters too! Win-win! This is the first time that we've used any ready to spray, water hose product or insect killer for our plants/garden, so we don't have anything to compare it to. It was super easy to use. My husband is the one who connected it and my father in law even asked to borrow it as well, so that should tell you if others like it or not as well. No super strong smell either. I'd definitely buy this product again and recommend it, especially after seeing it thwart that snake!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. I used it to treat grass around mu dock on the lake. The misquotes are awful at dusk while fishing. I noticed the benefits within a day. I've also used it around the outside perimeter of my screened porch. Many of the flying and crawling insects have greatly reduced in number.
