As for the PSI - The pressure washer's PSI rating is based on the cooperation of the pump, engine and nozzle working together- all of which affect the PSI at the business end. This ratings process is in line with CETA standards for pressure and flow. If you'd like to learn more about CETA standards, their website has a lot of useful info.
