Delightful little beginners machine!
I love my singer. It’s very cute & functional as a beginners machine. I found it very easy to learn the basics. As a heads up: the instructional video for this machine can get a bit confusing at times, so I recommend watching it before buying so you can have a bit of an idea how it works ahead of time (specifically if you have never used a sewing machine before.) It only took me about 30 mins to get the hang of my machine after watching the instructional video twice.

Amazing
This is my first sewing machine. I am really happy with my choice but now I wish I would've invested more and ordered the sewing & embroidery machine but they were sold out to make different items. I am still trying to find a place we're I can order a spool pin that is compatible to my machine and wanted to register it with warranty but have had no luck with the that. Other then that I can't complain it's a good machine for a starter.

What a great machine!
I am not a sewer but started making masks with muy mom. We used her machine. Mom thought i should have my own machine and I love it. Never used a machine but very easy to thread, wind bobbin and with the tutorial, easy to get started.

Pros and Con
The machine is very easy to operate. The stitch pattern options are great. The biggest downfall is the plastic button hole attachment. It is flimsy and the teeth that are supposed to feed fabric do not work well.

not for thick materials & long amounts of sewing
my first day of using the machine, the needle broke & the machine timing got messed up & the needle kept hitting the bobbin & breaking or getting stuck :(
I called customer service the next day & they were really helpful with how to return the machine & helping me find another machine that’s better suited for my projects :)

Machine is not "singer" quality that I knew. ...
Machine is not "singer" quality that I knew. No written instructions make it very difficult for this 81 year old to adjust to it. Not very happy.

Thread holder and feeder.
It is a nice machine but the thread holder is very clumsy, hard to feed from. I would not have purchased it if i knew how clumsy it is.

Simple machine for many purposes.
Simple machine which lets me do all kinds of things from dressmaking to art projects. It is all I need for my purpose. I love fashion and I have made almost all my clothes all my live. I also sew many things for the house - could not live without a sewing machine! I just got this machine to replace my old one which gave up after many years of service. Good value for its cost.

Easy to follow directions.
Pretty easy to understand once i printed the manual off computer. I do like the extra attachment for holding the thread on the spool. But am not a fan of this new method in general, it makes it harder to thread the bobbin.

Worst Sewing Machine
I use to sew on my Mom's Singer sewing machine that was close to 60 years old and loved it. Never gave me a problem, including sewing zippers. This new machine I've taken back once because it kept giving me problems with everything about the machine. Got a second one and it's no different. Now I'll be returning it for a refund.

I think I may have a lemon!
Bought this as a little machine to make some rice bags and have had many issues. Currently, it’s froze up and I’m not able to do anything with it.
