A bit heavier than expected

I ordered the snow Joe on line and delivery was prompt, just a few days. It took just a few minutes to put together with just a minor issue routing the cord through the handle when attaching the pieces together. First snow of the season was about 4" of heavy wet snow. I put the Snow Joe to the test on the deck and was pleasantly surprised and happy when it easily threw the snow over the handrail. My wife looked out the patio door as I made the first pass and hollered "well, that was certainly worth the money!" Did the deck, the back patio and sidewalk in less than half the time, and no sore back afterwards!

Came in damaged first time but the manufacturer replaced it very fast. I like it very much.

Diagnosed with disc issues in my back a few months ago and shoveling has been a drawn out, painful experience. Living in Wisconsin, there is plenty on shoveling todo. Daughter bought a Snow Joe for me to try. The 320E is an plug in model and very light weight (12 pounds). I was able to do the sidewalks, a path to the parking pad behind the house and clear a three car drive in about 30 minutes. Not bad for 5 inches of fresh heavy snow plus the stuff the plow shoved up into the drive. Was I sare after? Yes, but not nearly as bad as shoveling - and the job took at most a third of the time. One tip - Know which direction the wind is coming from and keep it to your back or quarter. (I found out the hard way!)

Perfect for clearing walks and steps of a little snow

But this electric snow shovel can clear around our cars and along our sidewalk with ease. The plow service only clears out my driveway up to our cars so we still needed something to dig us out. I really appreciated how easy it was to put together. I use my extention cord attached to my xmas lights thats always out there so its not much of a bother to unplug and plug into it. It id also easy to store in the garage and doesnt take up any floorspace.

I didn’t know anyone who owned an electric snow shovel! When you add all that, I was skeptical to begin with! To my surprise, with the first use, my skepticism went away!! This shovel is extremely easy to assemble! It took me less than 5 minutes to assemble this product. It is also lightweight! And it does a great job with shoveling snow! it’s super easy to maneuver and does not put much pressure on my back! Such a huge relief! I was able to clean up my driveway in only around 10 min ( it usually takes me around 30 min).

We have a medium size driveway and a path that I normally shovel from the driveway to the porch. It can get really tiresome, and my asthma really starts act up because of all the shoveling. That's where I am so happy that I have this electric snow shovel! It helped clear the little path and my driveway in 15-20 mins. A lot less time and effort it normally does. The shovel is easy to use, lightweight, and efficient. It didn't have any problems getting rid of the snow. The only thing that was a little bothersome was working around the cord. Other than that, this is an awesome shovel. It's also super easy to store. Even if you don't have a garage or outdoor space to store it. You could fit it in a closet or the porch easily. I'm very happy with this shovel.

Easy to use and assemble and will be a product we will be happy to use many years to come. It moves light snow and wet heavy snow in a sinch and havent had to shovel yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thankfully, we have not gotten our 1st snow fall yet but we had so much last year that I am hopeful that this product will make moving snow out of our driveway and sidewalks easier. I like that it is electric and not battery powered so we can keep going with constant power strength and not needing to stop to charge or add gas. It has a 10 in width do that is a decent size..... a little wider would have been an even bigger benefit.

It struggled a bit with the slush and it packed up like ice. We cleared it out and then it plowed right through again. Perfect size for our walkway, only took a couple minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to try the Snow Joe 320E 10 -inch Electric Snow Shovel. Living in NY, the winters are unpredictable, and it typically snows often throughout the season. I am constantly seeking innovative ways to make the daunting task of snow-shoveling less cumbersome. The Snow Joe 10-inch Electric Snow Shovel took less than 5 minutes to assemble, and requires only two joint-fixing knobs with a washer/bolt assembly to be installed. The upper handle on the unit features a safety lock switch and push-button trigger to help turn the machine on. Once powered on, it is go time! The noise level of the motor was moderate and tolerable; on par with my expectation for the 8.5 amp motor. Weighing in at approximately 12 lbs, I found the shovel easy to maneuver and pick up (33-year-old, averaged size female). I had the opportunity to test the shovel in about 2-inches of snow this season, and was pleasantly surprised by how effective the Snow Joe Electric Shovel moved the snow from my walkway and driveway. I like that this particular shovel is able to throw the snow up to 20 ft, as it makes for perfect driveway clearing! It is really simple to lift and pivot the shovel left/right to direct snow dispersion as needed. I do wish the auger blade was made from something other than plastic to handle heavier snow/ice chunks that may form. However, I did not experience and obstacles with a light powdery snow, and find that this is really just an improvement that could be made. Additionally, as with any outdoor electrical appliance, I find the need to find an appropriately-sized extension cord a slight downside. However, this product truly does as promised, and works effecrively and quickly to clear snow. This particular model is made to handle a 10-inch width and 6 inch snow height, and so if you have a large area to cover, I might recommend a larger version. Overall, I would say this product cut my shoveling time down by at least 50% (maybe even more!), and I am beyond thrilled to have found this product in time for the NY winter. I highly recommend the Snow Joe 320E Electric Snow Shovel to anybody looking to decrease physical exertion and cut down on their shoveling time significantly.

The cord can be a little cumbersome, especially if you don't have an outside electrical outlet. It doesn't throw the snow very far. But is nice for a person who can't lift the snow with a shovel to do their porch and sidewalk. Minimum assembly is required.

It is super lightweight, easy for me to lift and maneuver without hurting my arms or back. I got this to use on my deck, sidewalks, step and to clear a pathway in the yard for my dog. It starts easily and is very straightforward to operate. I plan on buying one for my sister for Christmas. I highly recommend.
