One out of the two I purchased did not come with its clamp and the one that did was so hard to squeeze that I cannot use the clamp.

Our products have a 1-year warranty. If anything happens during that time, due to the fault of the device’s designed ability to perform, a replacement will be issued. As a courtesy, if the matter cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will offer a replacement of the exact product or an in-stock substitution. A valid proof of purchase is required in order to honor the warranty. The model, item number, picture of the product, and a thorough description of the issue should be attached or stated. If a replacement is deemed, a good phone number and physical address for the commercial courier is required.

The porcelain base had a chunk missing. The unit still worked as a bulb holder. I did not return it because I needed it that night because there was a hard freeze forecasted.

The clamp/spring used to hold the lamp in place is so firm/stiff it is almost impossible to use.

Didn't realize it until after purchasing, but this otherwise nice...
Didn't realize it until after purchasing, but this otherwise nice work light has no switch in the base like my other similar work light, so you must plug it in and out to turn the light on and off.
