Easy to install. City water here very harsh, the filter removes that.

This is junk, I installed it per the instructions and it leaked from every seam on the product. It was returned.

The Unit Leaked, right where you Dialed in the Month for replacement. and Water pressure was really Bad. This unit also Restricted the Hot water flow.

I bought 2 of these shower filters and at the start everything was fine. My wife loved it, and our skin wasn't itchy. But they are difficult to unscrew to change the filter cartridge. A few years ago we had this same brand shower head and same problem. With that one I used an adjustable wrench which chewed up the housing. Now, same issue and I'm already looking at different brands. If you have no issue opening the housing then this would be a great filter. I do not recommend.

I had limited room on my Grohe shower head to install and in line filter. This filter actually has an indent where the pipe from the shower fits down inside of it to make the clearance much smaller than any of the other products I could find. I believe it says 1.5 inches which when you don't have a lot of clearance is awesome! The housing is a lot of plastic, I don't anticipate it lasting a long time because some of the threads are plastic but at this price point, I can afford to replace the entire unit if I need to. The chrome color matches my Grohe shower set perfectly too, so while there is a big bulb up there, it doesn't look completely out of place.

I've been using the Sprite Shower Slim line system for years. Makes my hard water super soft. Improved my hair and acne problems.
