Exactly what I was looking for
Stable enough to sit on the sidewalk/road but light enough for my kids to move it themselves. Cars have slowed when it's out!

This is our second purchase of the KidAlert (named him Mr. SLOW) - we place one on the driveway when our grandchildren visit and play outside. A few weeks ago our 3 year old grandchild started to load Mr. SLOW into his vehicle. That is when we decided to purchase a second and gave it to him for Christmas. We turned the hat backward and named him SLOW Dude! He now has it at his house for safety.

Very easy to assemble and is very visible. The base plug leaks water because there is no rubber seal. Also the plug for the body is on the bottom instead of up top, again with no seal, so the water leaks out fast from there too. I would buy it again but it definitely needs some rubber seals to keep the water in.

Excellent purchase
We live on a country road that cars absolutely fly down. I like this guy because he's bright and lets cars know that we have a child who might be playing nearby. We named him Slowey Joey :)
