This door worked out real nice. Fit great. Looked great. Only thing that would make it better is if it was painted.

Waterproof is so bad and wood door start to make mold .

I am strongly not recommending this door (Element series), nor am I recommending this door company (Steves & Sons). I am probably not going to buy a door from Home Depot after this experience. Here is a list of my problems: 1) It took 4 months to arrive. 2) It was shipped 3 times and returned for "bad condition" multiple times. 3) The best one that they sent me looked-good superficially. When I took it home, however, I found that: 1) the hinge screws were stripped (whoever put it together took the screws out and in multiple times) 2) the hinges were in the wrong position, and 3) the screws were put in at odd angles. (Steves & Sons knowingly sent me a door with busted hinges) My contractor is going to have to take the hinges off and put them on correctly because the door was constructed so poorly. I am probably going to have to pay a contractor for extra hours to fix the problem. Call me crazy, I believe that a door that costs $900 should come ready to be put in with just some leveling. I am going to ask for some kind of refund or discount. The door, the shipping, and how everything was handled was bad and poorly handled. The first door that arrived was pretty much disfigured and dented in 5 spots and the frame was bent. I re-ordered the door. It took another month. I am pretty sure they (Steves & Sons/Home Depot) sent me the same mangled and disfigured door. It took another month to arrive. When a non-dented door arrived the third time, I was elated. My happiness was short-lived. The door looked like it was constructed by a child, not by a builder or a craftsman.

Terrible company. They bait and switch and i am very surprised that HomeDepot doesn’t seem to care. Very arrogant folks to deal with and no one has the common courtesy to pick uo the phone and call to explain theor insane positions. However they love to hide behind email.

Bought this door today, stood it up in the opening and the jam fell loose from the brick mold. Looked carefully and the nails holding it on barely penetrated through the molding about 3/8”. Very, very poor quality control!

Door was a perfect fit for me. Only PROBLEM was trying to get in touch with your installers for a quote. NEVER heard from them. Had to find another one to install.

Arrived in good condition and was installed by our handymen soon after. Looks and functions well as our garage passage door.

First off, the door came in a week earlier that estimated. That’s a big yay in the current supply chain issue times. My contractor got it installed right away, nice smooth close and seal looks good, except the bottom. It’s cold and I happened to notice quite a draft on the bottom. Upon looking there was a good quarter inch gap at bottom and plenty of daylight. I ripped off the strip and replaced with an adjustable strip from hardware store. Something else, the sticker adhesive is pretting strong stuff. I can usually use some vegetable oil to loosen stickers. Not this one, it seems to want to stay on for the life of the door

We like the door. However, it arrived so late (delayed twice) that it threatened to delay a remodel project we were working on. Once it finally arrived the workers told me it was easy to install. We painted it inside and outside with ease. I didn’t realize the dividers were not BETWEEN the glass but instead on top. If I had known/seen that before I may have made a different choice.

Very good quality door for the price. Was exactly what my customer was looking for!

The door had no brick molding supplied. The door frame was also slightly warped vertically. The screws supplied for the hinges( to set into the jack stud) were not of matching color or material.

I bought this to replace a rotten wood door on my garage,easy to install and well made.

The door looks beautiful on my house.I had it painted a light blue.

Very nice door. Took a while to come in, but it came nicely framed standing on its own pallet.

It’s okay, rather plain detail. Hard to paint, paint doesn’t adhere to the surface well

The door was a special order (right hand, outswing, 1/4-light) then back ordered and was very slow to be manufactured due to COVID. However, once it was manufactured it shipped to Home Depot and I picked it up. The door was well secured to the pallet. All trim, accessories, and paperwork was properly attached and included. I'm very happy with the purchase.

It was exactly what we needed..Well built and well protected in shipping...Love it!!!

The door came as advertised.

It was perfect

Frame was fine but the door came very warped. Had to make due because I took my old door out but I definitely wouldn't buy this again.

Excellent door fit just perfectly

The construction and fit of the door is great. Unfortunately, the paint finish was poor. Paint was blotchy and the finish wasn't sanded smooth.

Beautiful door. Easy to install.

Awesome door and packaged well for delivery. Would like to suggest that rough openings be included in the description of the product.
