Both the wood and the glass on this door degraded quickly. The door isn't weatherproof, which is a pretty big miss for an exterior door. After just a year, the wood started to turn black and rot at the "joints" and moisture got between the double pane glass. We got two doors, one for the front and one for the back, and both doors are terrible. The warranty is only for a year, so they are literally a waste of money. They already look worse than the doors we replaced.

This door was installed for less than a month on our new covered porch and rapidly began cracking and delaminating. The “mahogany” veneer is paper thin and very clearly can’t handle the elements of an exterior door. Steves and Sons doesn’t stand behind their products and their warranty reflects that. Basically two pages of “does not cover”, including your door looking like this only weeks after installation.

It’s a beautiful door and made out of quality material.

Beautiful door and excellent quality.

Door seems to be well made & of good quality. Well packaged & damage free upon arrival. Unfortunately, door is a different color than shown on the website. More reddish brown color than the darker brown shown. Would have returned the door but already had contractors doing work @ our house and were on a tight schedule.

Very happy with the door. I ordered this online to be shipped to my local HD store, and I was a little nervous about buying without having seen it in-person. I needn't have worried. Steve & Sons shipped it in a full pallet to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. They included matching stained interior door trim (which I was not expecting). And the door itself is excellent quality from the construction to the stain finish. It was a simple job for two people to install the pre-hung door, and I am very happy with the results.

The door looks amazing and completely changed the fron of my house. I hope the quality lasts since it's wood and not fiberglass.

It’s a gorgeous door. Looks great with out new exterior paint job. I thought the windows would be a little more tinted but that’s my fault for assuming- so I’ll be frosting the windows for more privacy as we are on a busy street. Just know it’s completely transparent at night especially.

Have admired these doors for sometime and based on the excellent reviews bought them. Very happy I did. They add so much beauty and warmth to my home! Heavy duty and well made.

This door is everything we wanted it to be!! We recently remodeled and I have been in love with this door for a couple of years. It arrived on time and our contractor had installed in one day. We love it!!

I love the door. It really makes a statement. I would recommend the door to everyone.

This door is classic and fits many architectural styles. We put it on a 1929 Cape Cod and it looks fantastic. While affordable, it is quality made and can compete with more expensive brand names. It is easily installed and I am completely satisfied.

The door is beautiful, short one softball sized blemish where it is super shiny. I worked it out with a discount due to the blemish, so I am happy.

The door is a lovely update to my home. My carpenter installed it easily, and he was also impressed with the quality of the door. It was well packed for shipping and arrived quickly. I love it!
