It's not flat on the floor, about a 1/4 inch sticks up causing a tripping hazard.

This vent works well looks good and is priced well. High quality and not cheap in quality but cheap in price. Matches my wood floor well and isn't flat it thicker so it sticks up on the floor but looks great

Color was good but it sticks up off the floor and was not to my liking. I returned and bought a flush metal one.

The product was nice. BUT the color on the website was MUCH lighter than the actual product. I had to move diffusers around so that this new DARK one would be hidden from view.

Much lighter oak than expected. Would like to return if possible.

I wouldn’t advise ordering these online. It would be better to take a flooring sample to the store to see if the colors work. They don’t match my floors at all.

These were perfect. They aren’t light oak but just a shade darker. Just what I was looking for! Very well made and you can close the vents. Great addition. I replaced all my downstairs vents with these. Fast delivery. Very pleased with purchase.

Also very thoughtful business practice to send free delivery regardless of cost. The product itself was exceptional for the price. Very well built and perfect match to our oak hardwood floors. Similar products from competitors were double or triple the price. Very happy with the product and value.

For the money, it’s an amazing grill. If you price others they can go several times higher. However, this grill sits pretty high off the floor and could trip someone if it’s in any kind of walking pathway or hallway. I have it off the beaten path so not an issue for me but it is pretty high off the floor. Sitll, it is what was promised and the quality is excellent. I am completely happy with the purchase.
