I ordered 5 of these as replacement windows for my basement. So far, they seem like solid little windows. The mechanism for opening and closing is good and they come with screens. I couldn't have asked for better and for a good price. Unfortunately, one window came broken because it was
packed poorly and not sealed well. HD did not question my return of the broken window and a replacement came rather quickly.

Window arrived packed very good. Surprisingly.Heavy for its size, well made, easy installation, hole’s already in flange.
