Window delivered by UPS intact. Installed in wall and works perfectly.

I had somebody come in and close my garage where they used to be sliding glass doors.

Ordered 2 big units. BOTH units were packaged with the window latches NOT in a CLOSED position but the latches were set to closed - which means that during the 500 miles of travel, the METAL latch which normally would have secured the panes was busy sliding back and forth across the GLASS and SCRATCHING and GOUGING it. Also one of the screens was torn and the metal frame bent. As we were waiting on the windows... had to install them as-is :( so zero stars if possible on the experience.

Window arrived and the slider had 1/4” gap at the top that I can see daylight through. Manufacturing defect.

Bought three 24x24 side slider windows from the other big box store for a treehouse because that box store is in my town and they were $10 cheaper. Those windows were nearly impossible to open. Bought these Tafco windows, same size, to see if they were any better and what a difference. The packaging, quality, and operation were vastly better. Save yourself the headache and time and go with Tafco even though are $10 more.

The windows are a decent window for the price, however until the manufacturer learns how to package the windows their product will only be fair. Out of 7 windows 4 had scratched glass because of poor packaging.

Do not buy very cheap window it leaks air as you can see I let shower steam window and cold air from outside is leaking in.BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!

I purchased two of these windows. Bottom of one window sliding side is broken caused so much wiggling, Reported and filled the claim form through the company home page, but no responding. I had to return and buy another brand window (PLY GEM35.5 in. x 35.5 in. Classic Series White Vinyl Left-Hand Sliding Window with HPSC Temp Glass, WUI,) The price is a little high on the Ply Gem window but 100% better quality. I learned that what I paid for was what I got.

AWWWESOME Window for the Price! Unfortunately...One of the two I ordered was delivered BROKEN & they're currently out of stock for replacement ?

Ordered 5 windows 2 broken. Replaced 2 windows ordered latch broken on one. Customer service will do nothing replace latch. Have to send back installed window ?. Never again

Product arrived damaged. The inside casement of the sliding portion of the window is split. It seems likely that it happened during final assembly. It was very well packed and isn’t too likely to have happened in transit. If you can buy one from a store, that would be a safer bet. Also, make sure to lock the window, or else it can be removed from the outside .

Window is clean and good looking with smooth slider and clasp.

This was the perfect size window for our garage to add air flow from the north. The sliding door on it works perfectly, and we installed a handle from Home Depot to make it easier to open.

Windows came in perfect condition. They were packaged with a lot of preventive care to assure that they weren't damaged in shipment. Great value excellent windows. Don't hesitate to purchase.

Perfectly good vinyle windows. Easy to order, easy to install(in an existing window hole). Slides nice. Cant go wrong with this brand, they are every bit as good as any other window, you just arent paying for a name.

The windows were shipped promptly and packaged well. Installation was easy. They are a great addition to my chicken coop.

Great window easy to install only one thing missing a small handle would help with opening the window you have to use the lock to open it

My husband and I are building a portable office on a camper trailer frame, and we needed windows that were both light weight and dual-pained. Expense was also a consideration, which made these Tafco windows the solution to our problem. The windows were easy to install, and with the J channel, they made installation of both the T1-11 siding and the corrugated metal siding easy to install as well. The windows slide amazingly smoothly and they seal well when closed; no cold winter breezes are going to get through these. I am impressed. The only thing I'm not so impressed with is the latch. It's fairly cheap, and I'm worried it will break. But it too works, so as long as it stays in one piece, it won't be a problem. We had the windows (three) shipped directly to us, and they all arrived in pristine condition, well packaged. All in all, I'd happily order these windows for other projects.

Overall the windows were ideal for my project. They have a tight seal, easy open, easy slide and easy to install. I do plan to buy more.;;;;;;

It has been a LONG TIME since I received a product that was so well packed. Arrived safely w heavy double walled cardboard and tons of bubble wrap. They were well constructed and the windows slide easily. The only issue I have is that the screens were way to slack & need to be more taunt & tightened. The quality is very good. I would buy them again.

We were looking for low cost windows to put in the chicken coop that we could close in the winter and keep the birds warm but still allow a lot of sunlight in. Our coop windows are facing south and we put hardware cloth behind them inside the coop. They were so easy to install and slide open and closed easily. For this application, it was the perfect fit. Oh, and they were packaged well, and we got them long before the projected ship date. So that made us very happy. This entire coop was built with all of Home Depot product.

This unit is a great window for a shed or playhouse. I installed 4 of the 2' x 2' and one 3' x 2' double pane windows in a 7' x 17' shed for looks and light access. They include the screen and slide easily. I stacked Hardie board and 1" x 3" trim in the channel and the fit was perfect. It doesn't appear to be able to pop out the slider for cleaning but the screen removes easily. The lock is plastic and does it's job well. Shipping was fast and they were packed like they were shipping china.

It is a very good quality window.
