My husband purchased the Titan Massage chair for me for Christmas! It is the best present I have ever received!! I have Fibromyalgia and have to have regular massage, this chair will cut those appoints in half if not more! I especially love the Chiropractic mode along with the zero gravity feature. ( I will say, I was extremely disappointed in Home Depot, who not only promised this before Christmas but didn't have it to us until January 23rd. It got lost, went to the wrong store, etc. But once I got it- I have been in it every single day! ) Thank you Titan!

This is our first message charge and it is everything we expected. It was heave and awkward getting into the house. but easy set up. we use the chair several times a day and love it.

I purchased this chair on sale at HD.com. Loved it at first, but it already has had some issues. The chair stopped doing a few features like rotation of the massager. Pretty sad that a product this costly has issues this major after one month. This chair is also somewhat difficult the assemble

The air bags are made of cheep material and make a lot of noise when airing up. The air bags on the lowest setting for the legs were to tight for my wife and daughter's. It has two nubs on the back side of the leg rests that leave your leg feeling bruised on the back side. My arms wouldn't fit all the way into the arm slots they are to narrow. This chair is made for a tall skinny person and doesn't appear to be made very well. Very noisy when in operation I tried to adjust the settinhs for about two weeks with no luck then returned it.

I've used the chair for about 30 days. Scanning is minimal at best.. Lumbar area is bad. Hand/arm pockets are too small, foot massage is painful. Calf/foot compression is good. Upper back good. Neck minimal. Heat is good. Would I buy again? No. Undecided on returning the chair.

A bit confusing to put together. The instructions are all pictures so you have to test fit things to ensure you have the right part in the right place. Once you have it together it’s amazing. I use it every evening. It’s my new obsession.

This chair is comfortable to sit in. I like it in that you can manually adjust positions so you can also just sit up and watch TV. The pre-set massage functions work well on the back and lower body, but the air bags squeezing the calves are too tight and foot rollers too hard so you are actually in pain afterward. Wish they can lighten the pressure (tried the air adjustments but don't seem to affect anything). One star off for assembly difficulties, parts don't match line-to-line so took about 3 hours to fight with the chair to get the holes line up right to get the screws in. Also there's no place to put the remote, can risk getting the cord cut up within the chair. Wish they come with remote holder.

The advertisement on the Home Depot website states that the chair has Bluetooth to the chair's speakers, I have not been able to find any documentation on how to connect to the chair speakers via Bluetooth.
