A:  No Assembly needed. I was able to bring the unit through our main door entrance, but struggled to get it through the main master bedroom door way.

    A:  Yes, I refused to just let the shipper leave it in my driveway as there is no way one man could get the heavy chair in the house and upstairs even more impossible. Home Depot was nice in cancelling order and returning my money. Never saw chair in person, just in very large box. Hope this helps. Thanks

If your purchase was made with The Home Depot Consumer Credit Card, The Home Depot Commercial Revolving Charge, or The Home Depot Commercial Account, you have 365 days from date of purchase to receive a full refund, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions." I didn't see anything that applied in the Exceptions, but take a look.
