Timberchic’s Fog Lake product is an exceptional value. The fact that is reclaimed from old logging timbers is a great conversation piece, in addition to being environmentally responsible.

We were two homeowners looking to take on a fun project and this product was absolutely amazing to work with. But even above that was the customer service we received from start to finish. The online tutorial was essential and gave us the confidence to tackle this accent wall in our house. The J roller was so fun to use but the inherent “stickiness” on the back of each piece was SO STRONG. I absolutely recommend this company for a great experience and an even better design solution. It’s so simple literally anyone would have great success adding the texture and dimension to their walls.

As a designer for a project on a high profile network, I needed a product that would be high impact for both real life and the screen. We were working on a waterfront cottage that needed some custom touches. It looks so much more expensive than it is and since it is COMPLETELY doable for a novice diy-er, taking any paid labor out of the equation was a major win for the budget. Fog lake was an obvious choice to reflect the lakeside surroundings - it is such a beautiful and unique color on top of an amazing natural texture. I am aware of many “faux plank” wall products and so I was apprehensive until I could touch and see the quality of the samples. Real wood makes all the difference and would elevate any design scheme. So happy can’t wait to use timberchic on another project soon!

We did our kitchen backsplash and and wall. We wanted something different to tile and something we could install ourselves. I don't regret it, it is so much better than the subway tile backsplash you see everywhere nowadays. I love the color and it was sooo easy to install. Really no problem at all, cutting and fitting is no work and so much fun. I could have done this all day. The quality is amazing, it sticks super hard and the end caps are amazing too. I just wish the color would go all around the edges of the boards because if you leave a wider gap in between the boards the wood shines through. But not awful very subtle. I cannot recommend this highly enough and I sure will do another wall with Timberchic.

I needed to do something with my fireplace wall, it was just blah. I heard of different brands of peel and stick and did alot of research. I finally bought Timberchic in Sandy Beach, the Tan panels. My wonderful husband knew that it would actually be his project..lol! But in the end, he was extremely happy with the outcome, as I was as well.

Timberchic went above and beyond to get us the right product. We had a very difficult time choosing the color. Definitely recommend ordering samples before you choose! It was easy to install and we even laid everything out in advance to make sure we had very little waste. It is beautiful - we love it!

The Timberchic Peel and Stick Wall Applique Panels in Driftwood provide a unique way of decorating with actual wood planks. The box contains varied plank lengths for total square footage of 20 sq. ft; for my box the sizes of the planks ranged as follows: 4 - 42", 3 - 30", 3 - 26", 3 - 24", 4 - 18", 3 - 16", and 5 - 12". The planks were also heavily scented like pine or the like forest smell, a smell I enjoyed in the area where the planks were stored to become acclimated to the indoor climate; for those who are scent adverse, the smell isn't as strong after a few weeks. There are stickers provided to cover the knot holes where the adhesive strip is visible. These planks do adhere quite well to the wall, especially hi-gloss painted walls; likewise they do require a bit of work to re-position them on the wall if a mistake occurs. Lastly, the wall planks are easy to cut with a jigsaw; I would recommend making the cuts on the backside to lessen the chance of jagged edges on the front face of the plank.

The product comes precut in various lengths in the order. It is easy to assemble with self adhesive strips on the back. Be warned once it is placed it is secure and can't be adjusted. I like the rustic look to it and have initially used it for my range backdrop. There are more knots in the veneer than I would like. However, the box does come with dark colored circles that you add to the back. I wanted a driftwood effect as advertised but the coloring differed quite a bit between each sheets. The veneer strips are capable of being cut with a good saw. I used a marker to darken the ends of each piece so the blond color did not show through on the ends. I recommend this product keeping in mind the color variances and the knots. My home has a Florida beach motif so it works with the decor and my granite countertops and stove.

Prompt shipping, good packaging, easy to work with, great customer service. The planks were more irregular than I expected (varied lengths, a lot of them had dime-sized holes), I would recommend ordering 20% more than you think you need.

It was easy to install with a little cutting. I used it as a background for my pool cue rack, that was then mounted to the wall. They did provide some black stick on dots, to black out the lighter colored walls where their were knot holes in the panels. Keeps the lighter wall color from showing through the holes. I suggest if you're using it, to lay it out on a flat surface beforehand so you can adjust the pieces to get the length you need.

Very good product. You need to make sure that you have at least 10% more than what you need in order to make sure that everything matches and or depending on your preference regarding the knot holes.

Not only is this a great looking product, but it's a pretty ingenious ecco salvage product as well. Their website and Home Depot have the video showing this company hard at work finding the reclaimed logs/wood that the pull out of the water near logging sites where it would be well established that the logs would be where they are looking. They even have a special barge set up to store the logs as they come out of the water. And since the logging barges can't function if there is too much spillage into their channels, getting this lost lumber out of their way is needed, so I find it awesome that somebody figured out how to do something pretty smart with the lumber! The product itself is super easy to install. But consumers must be patient, because it is highly suggested that we wait a minimum of 48 hours to install the product as it acclimates to the indoor temps where it will be installed. We had just gotten finished redoing my husbands walk in closet and the finishing touch was to create a "hall tree" where he could have a shelf and a set of some coat hooks, and a bench. The beautiful wooden wall planks were a PERFECT way to create this look! We really liked that they had multiple different sizes to use. In our case, the longest boards were too long, so we started with the next size down, and went from there. The longest board were cut down to allow them to fit into the flow of randomness in our application. Pay close attention to those knot holes! When you get a board that has any holes, place it up on the wall with the adhesive backing cover still attached. Then take a pencil and draw where the hold will be once it is hung. This is where the black stickers that came with the product come into play. Just place a half of the sticker on smaller holes, or use the whole thing for bigger ones. And yes, you will need them - unless of course your walls are darker than the planking. We had fairly flat walls and the product planks went on smooth, and stayed on smooth. There was zero lifting or bulging. All in all its a beautiful product!

I made a mistake when I ordered this product. I thought it was like wallpaper and didn't realize that it was actual wood. I'm happy I made this mistake. It is a much nicer option than wallpaper. It comes in different size boards that are easy to cut with a miter saw. Everything is easily explained in the instructions. There are black stickers that go behind the wood knot holes. There was no problems installing. Great for an accent wall.

This Sandy Beach 5 inch Peel and Stick Wall Applique Panels by Timberchic is one of the easiest ways to transform your wall and give your room a refreshed look. I was really impressed with the story behind this product and how easy it is to apply it. The key is to plan well and don’t rush into it. I tried to remove a few panels after I changed my mind and there was some struggle to fix it in that process. I wish the price could be more affordable since I am planning to redo part of my living room with the panels, too.

Really easy stuff to work with, had no issues using it and cutting shorter to make it work. I used a miter saw to cut the pieces as needed and it made my project so much easier. The boards are very flat but the pattern and material looks very high class. It transformed my bathroom using it as an accent on the wall, really makes it stand out! Above all it is easy to appreciate and look at and guests really like the style. Included with the product was a letter personally signed by some employees of the company which gives it a really personal touch and shows they care about the product and their customers, I really liked that, really made me feel confident in what I was working with.

ordered this product with several ideas in mind, but once I received it we decided to use it to install anew back splash in our small kitchen that we are converting into a country style kitchen. The product was very easy to intall, took stain and poly very easily and looks great. It would also be a great product for an accent wall or a wall mounted head board.
