This item did not meet my needs. One star is is one to many to rate for this back brace. This back brace fails to stay in place and those with larger mid sections as I with a true 2X/3X midsection this belt will not work. It is not true to any size nor worth the sake of purchase. I've returned my belt due to the 365 day guarantee return from date of purchase. If I was you pass this item by and seek a better more sturdy and true to size back brace.

Multiple lumbar laminectomies have mostly failed and left me with an unstable lumbar spine. This brace allows me to continue to work all day with less pain and less lingering pain when the workday is finished.

Nice shirt but difficult to get on and off. I still recommend this because it gives good support to my lower back.

Great item !! I bought this item for my husband who does a lot of heavy lifting And is in constant pain . The back brace is amazing and has helped him enjoy life with a lot less back pain !

The material is great, but the compression isn't. Because of the wideness of the belt, the compression is spread out too far. And on a shorter person, it fits oddly.

took awhile to get them after ordering. however, pretty good face mask. allows for better breathing with good coverage.

I have had my back brace for two weeks now and it gives me a sign of relief. I wish it was s little more in the 34 inch range than the 32 inch.

It is slightly too big. I can use as it is. It is not a perfect fit. If a ordered a smaller size I am sure it will be too small.

Well made and great support. I am 6'5" and 200 lbs and many back supports are too narrow and don't provide enough support. I find this one to be comfortable and easy to wear under my clothes when I am out and about. I waiting to buy when on sale since a bit pricey.

I bought this for my husband who has suffered from back pain for over 20 years. Although he is only one week into wearing this, so far his exact words were "I can't believe this really helps!" Nothing else has really helped much so far, so he is really encouraged.

This is the 2nd one we bought. My husband's back has scoliosis, a curvature that cannot be corrected at this time. This brace helps support it so he is able to take walks and take pictures (which he loves to do). His back curve was keeping him from walking much and this definitely helps him.

Got this for my spouse but it was more uncomfortable than his back aches and he indicated he would not wear it .

This is the 2nd generation back brace from TC that I've purchased. The support the newer one gives is far superior to the 1st. The width of back support and front velcro attach area have been greatly improved. This one is a winner !!

I use it on daily walk and find it reduces pain significantly. I will definitely keep it.
