Bought this to cool a larger area than advertised. It does a great job in conjunction with the ceiling fan. Very happy with the purchase.

It was worth but then it started restarting randomly and not going below 62 degrees. Thankfully it was before the return police was up. I also didn't like that you would have to remove the liquid. If you buy it be ready to remove water from the item because its going to become a necessary task. I had it picked up not delivered.

So I consider this average, it has worked well, but the wifi set up via the app, took some work, couldn't get to connect to home 2.4 network, so it's sitting on a guest network. The drain hose is lacking, any movement can knock it out and leak. There is not enough pressure so I had to lift the a/c unit onto a stand so it can drain into a 5 gal bucket. so I am not believing in the manual that it can be raised 6 ft and drain out a window. Enough with negatives. The positives, it cools, the remote function is nice, but just remember the app doesn't see the remote and remote doesn't reflect on the app, so you will have to take positive control with one remote in order for it to do what you want. I do like the scheduling feature on the app though. With the Humidity we had last week, I had to empty the 5 gallon bucket ( Half way or so ) every few hours, so keep that in mind. Overall its simple set up, and ease of use. the complaints for the most part are minor to fit my use . if you space is larger you will need a fan to push into other rooms.

Bought this unit new, did everything the manual said. As soon as it turned on, the clunking noise made me regret buying it.

A/c was well packaged and fairly easy to install. One minor complaint is the window installation instructions for the exhaust pipe covers double hung and sliding windows. We have casement (hinged ) windows. These needed some duct taping. I don’t have anything to compare it to in terms of efficiency and noise but it did cool our very large living area by 3 or 4 degrees after an hour or so

This little AC cools my room decently, but it rattles and makes so much noise when in the AC mode. If I'm only using the fan, it's super quiet and works well. But the noise from the AC function makes me use it less often because it's really loud. I'd return it, but it's a hassle had I read the reviews, probably would have chosen a different model.

We live on a mountaintop, haven’t needed a/c before. This unit has saved us during current heat wave. However — the fan continues to run, even after room temp reaches set level. Would prefer it shut off to save some amps.

Air don’t circulate very in either one that we bought

I recently bought this unit to cool a 10 x 12 room. Unit is able to keep temperature around 68 deg flawlessly.

So far, so good . . . . . .

I bought this unit under duress as my AC fried its main compressor on a Friday afternoon during what was projected (correctly) to be the hottest weekend of the year so far. Thus, I paid retail (grossly marked up; some guy had several of this same unit NIB on the FB marketplace for $350 in the ensuing days). Once I brought it home, it was clear it had been a repackaged return, so double slam, but it turned on, so I opted to keep it. I bought the 13.5k btu for my master suite; about 500 sq. ft. total. Overnight, it kept up okay (closets and toilet closet closed). But come daytime and the 110* + temps, no chance. I know it was a heavy lift for it to perform, and I’m grateful for the bits of relief it provided, but I would not recommend this unit at the retail price! Side note: it produced GALLONS of condensate moisture during its 24 hour continuous run.

Works well just a little noisy.

It has a long hose for easy reach out the window. It blows the coldest air ,I ha e ever felt. It's not too loud. Easy installation. I love that it has a dehumidifier. Very happy. Thank you.

Love the wifi functions and A/C is great super cold!
