you should have better control of when a customer orders something online, they send that specific product, not what they feel like sending, which is what they did with me I ordered a product cuze wasn't in stock for my surprise you gave me the wrong item. imagine what a deception and waste of time and ending buying sometihing different cuze otherwise had to wait another week or so :(

Arrived damaged and had some issues initially but Home Depot made it right. AC works good. Easy to install.

Defective unit. Styrofoam inside was letting in light and heat. Ended up blowing luke warm air. Avoid. It is heavy and is a chore to bring all the way back to the store.

This unit was super easy to install and worked great. Our electricity went out due to hurricane Beryl and this AC unit helped us to stay cool.

I have a big room. Had a 5000BTU Ac that didn’t really cool my room. Bought this 12000BTU and now I complain that my room is too cold :). Really love the Ac. I’ve read some review saying it’s a little loud, which is true but the noise doesn’t bother me at all. Definitely a good investment buying this Ac

Very good cooling, but high vibration.
Pro’s: 90 Day return policy, fast free delivery, very good cooling capacity, mid-summer in Phoenix – cranks out air in the mid-40’s and produces a strong breeze.
Con’s: Rather noisy:
1. Serious vibration induces every possible rattle. Front grille rattle, unit-to-window frame loud ticking. Hard to track down and quell. Others come and go.
2. When off, outdoor noise heard through the thin foam wall separating indoors from outdoors.
Also, hit-or-miss action on control panel buttons is annoying.

Faulty computer
This Toshiba 12k BTU has worked for only 6 months. It has an issue where the AP search mode starts by itself. The only way to stop it is to turn the unit off for several minutes and start it up again. Sometimes it takes multiple attempts. When in the AP mode the front panel controls do not work at all. You must use the remote to turn it on or off. You could simply ignore it but it beeps at random over and over again until you reset it. Also the 12k will not cool more than 300 square ft.

Buttons
Honestly, I've had like three of these. The Unit itself is amazing, but after a good 2 years on each, you start getting issues with the buttons being able to work. Getting the app for the remote is a pain, but it works if you got wifi bc let's be honest we all lose the remote it comes with.

It has been 20 days since I received the appliance, and it remains to be installed by Home Depot, which promised installation within 2 days after arrival. Furthermore, this is to replace a faulty unit which I still have to return. The service from Home Depot is dismal. At this point I should be paid for the HUGE amount of time wasted.

The slide panels which extends on both side leave a lot to be desired. Way to many openings to the outdoors. I had to add additional materials to block the openings left that you could see outside light from. Cools well but, really? The modification to make the side panel function better can't be that hard to fix.
