This was a replacement for a unnit I previously bought, was damaged i shipping and returned. Tis unit is far superior to the previous damaged in shipping unit ! However I did lose my 10% discount ...

First reaction was this thing moves some air! It is ice cold. Tried the heater function and its nice and warm like a car heater or something like that, its awesome. The phone app is cool and easy to hook up. The window exhaust part i found to be pretty simple but dang you would think they could make it a little easier. Not bad to set up but give yourself a good hour to do a good job.

Unit arrived from UPS on its side and would never turn on. Had to return to store. No identical replacement unit was then available. Very disappointing.

The unit is quiet and the capacity of the unit matches the space it is serving

The unit is very well built and ready to go out of the box. That’s about all the good there is. The bad: 1) Window adapter is horrible and doesn’t seat 2) Remote is huge for no reason and doesn’t sync with what you set on the unit itself 3) It really struggled to cool a single sealed 15x20 room in the upper 80s outside. 4) The unit nor remote shows the actual temp of the room, only what it’s set to. 5) It doesn’t drain automatically, you have to drain it manually when it foils.

Pro’s. The unit does blow nice cool air and the front looks nice. Con’s. Wheels were shattered when I took it out of the package. The venting system is to big and bulky. The unit leaked water everywhere and the price is a lil on the high end for the unit.

Dawn at the Special Service Desk is always so helpful and kind. She even brought our A/C out and helped load it for us! Thank you.

Cooling works better than my previous single tube exhaust unit. Have not needed a condensate drain in weeks of use saving time and space. One disappointment “auto” fan mode is not useful, ramps way too high and cycles up and down.

This portable Ac unit is the best one I've ever seen. I Didn’t know how good it was until I looked on YouTube to hook it up and discovered how awesome is was. Very quiet and powerful enough to cool kitchen and living room.

Needed temporary air conditioner until new central air could be installed and this unit made the whole house bearable. I would recommend it for a bedroom as a backup or for extra cooling.

Limited cooling capability. Not an effective product.

I purchased this on 7/16 for a 7/18 Delivery . on 7/19 I called to find out where it is and was told that it is now arriving on 7/25 . So something I purchased for a 2 delivery is now taking 9 days . When I explained to customer service that I will no longer need the item as it is too late they told me that it can only be returned in stores - it can not even be shipped back . The lesson I learned here is that if I want something delivered on time I should be shopping on a different website .

Ac unit for my house stopped working so I got two of these things, they do better than the house one did

I live in phoenix AZ and this wont even cool down my 100 sq. ft. insulated tool room. the last one I had was 6000btu and that worked great. this is a waste of space and money. This is a definite return!

Works super well but is not as quiet as I thought it might be, but that's okay.

unit never arrived but a kitchen sink did in its place! I had to give a 1 star rating in order to submit review but I have no idea how the unit would work .

Kept throwing codes and wasn’t blowing cold
