The fan speed and strength is good, however the light kit and pull cords are just okay. The pull cords require you to pull down decently hard and feel sticky, which in turn gives the fan a cheap feeling (granted they’re like ~$80/each vs the nicer ones at around double the price). As for the light kit, it doesn’t use an LED panel like some newer ones, but instead has a single bulb socket facing a static direction (not directly down). If you’re using an LED bulb with that piece of white plastic by the base of the bulb, it’ll obscure the light in that direction. Since you only have a single bulb socket, this is an issue. Overall, the fan is good for the price and does the job, but it’s definitely not as nice as other ones out there with more modern features.

Great price for ceiling fan with light.

A little over two years ago we bought one of these fans in brushed nickel for our bedroom when the light on the fan that was here when we bought the house perma-died and we were instantly impressed with the insane amount of air it moves. We've loved it so much that when a recent brown out killed our living room fan/light combo (also came with the house) we were actually a little bit excited to have an excuse to buy another one of these to replace it - this time going with the gunmetal finish.

Looks great and so quiet, Very satisfied with it

The fan is great. The video installation guide was a big help. I was very disappointed as just how bad the lighting is on this. I have it in a bedroom and it only projects light straight down. The corners of the room are dark. I tried a brighter bulb and still didn't help.

The color is nice and different but you pay for what you get. This is the cheapest fan I have ever bought and installed. You can tell the difference in the materials and its lopsided. The main head that already comes put together is put together slanted and cannot be straightened. It still works and was already put together by the time we noticed it so I just kept it. Taking back down and returning was not worth the $60 bucks we paid so it will do for now.

Easy to install alone and works just as well as the brand name items. Quiet running.

after I paid the electrician $100 and he had not even left the premises the fan stopped working. He got his ladder back off the truck and said he could tell the motor was working, fan blades not working and he reversed fan direction to see if that would get a response but it did not. Fan returned to store

Fan speed is adequate, but the single light fixture no good. Changed to 1500 led or 100W, still needs two bulbs for room lamination. SIZE 10X12 elimination.

The fan itself is a great fan, but the light kit is horrible. I’d bet money that the kit originally was made for incandescent/CFL bulbs, which have a much more omnidirectional light output compared to LED bulbs on the base part, causing the cold spots in the housing. They really should have made it into a 2 bulb assembly when they switched it over to LED

after installing the fan did not work - the capassitator was no good - took it back and bought a different fan .

This fan with light was perfect for my small kitchen. It was easy to assemble and install.
