Compared to ordinary peg board (4' x 8') available in stock at the HD store, this Triton peg board is sturdier, have better tolerances on holes and thicker at 1/4" compared to about 3/16" for the ordinary board. Coupled with the use of included Durahook locking hooks and hangers, your tools are secure in the pegboard. I have ordinary hooks and pegboard too, and there the hooks come out when you pick up your tools from the board, which does not happen with Durahooks. These boards now come in colored versions which are better than the non-painted board which are dark chocolate in color.

This product served it pupose. I love that I did not need any 2x4s to hang it on and I was able to use some of my own hardwear.

The screws to lock in did not fit with the 1/4in board. So the screws were unusable and all the hooks had to be hung upside down. You would think as a kit everything would be compatible.

Very pleased with the product ... just love how the hooks lock into the pegboard and the selection of hooks is overwhelming.

worth the extra cost. the ability to move the pegs around multiple times without damaging the board is great.

Definitely needed this product, the 1/4 inch thickness helps with sturdiness and being able to hold larger items (holds my drills, even sledgehammers, with ease. The locking hooks are simple to install and are very sturdy. Really love this pegboard, and was pretty easy to mount to the wall in my garage.

Easy to assemble. The locking hooks have good variety for different tools. Some more useful than others. In general, good product that meets the service per design.

Pegboard is easy to assemble and cut to size. It came with lots of pegs of various sizes and shapes. Didn't need to buy anything extra for my tools and extension cords for hanging. Great size, and the 2 pieces fit lots of space on my garden shed wall

The peg boards are actually good. However, we purchased this set because it seemed like a good value to get the hooks, too. The hooks pull out easily (depending on what's hanging on it). It came with screws to hold the hooks in place. However, the screws are too small! They are absolutely useless. We didn't know until the boards were up, so it's not worth it to us to return the set. If you're considering these peg boards, don't get it with the hooks.

2 of the 4 boards had some damage to the corners, not bad enough to return them, just irritating. Looks like a nice set with all the hangers and such.

This did the job. I was looking for a pegboard to organize my husband's workshop and this went up easily and incuded plenty of pieces to use. Only time will tell if it warps, but for now looks good and seemed to be a good value.
