VERY HARD TO REMOVE OR INSTALL NEW CAN HAVE TO TAKE ALL THE GLASS OUT WHAT A MESS

Was a bit too tall to heat those sitting around it in a chair. I should have tried to get a shorter one.

its very small, partially my fault for not taking a tape measure to see exact dimensions. don't expect it to do more than burn up propane. not much heat, not much flame. i was attracted by the price, but should have saved it and got something much better.

I returned it, there is no door opening for you to be able to change the canister. Really poor configuration. should be looked at.

Overall a nice style but as the description clearly says .....electronic ignition......but it does not have it. Talk about false advertising. That was a very important feature to us. So I unpacked it , set it up, then realized no electronic start! So I had to put it all back together in the box and haul it back to the store. Very disappointing! Why would you list a feature in the main description but not have it!

Kinda misleading A lot smaller then anticipated..... barely even knee high, getting the small Coleman propane tanks on is a pain in the rear since you can’t see through the side, so 90% chance your gonna screw up your threading. Would not recommend for the price that it is, not worth your money wasted

It's a piece of garbage. It stopped working after 3 uses. The regulator won't allow propane to go through.

Good product. 2 improvements would be requested though: better flame control (it’s either full on or off), and additional rocks are required.

I love my small gas fireplace. I have a small backyard and this is the perfect size for me to enjoy the evenings outside!

like other reviews...it does not work after 2-3 uses. No one answers their customer service phone, emails or voicemails.

I didn’t want to have to give a bad review but I have made 5 attempts at calling Uniflame, left them two voice mails and sent them two emails. I used this fire pit twice for around twenty minutes each time. I did everything exactly the way the manual said. On the third try, it wouldn’t start. I tried two brand new tanks. The propane is not coming out to allow a flame to ignite. I tried everything and had a friend try too. I wish they’d contact me so I could utilize the warranty or at the very least replace the regulator but I can’t reach them. Keep this in mind if you are interested in this unit. What a disappointment.

This is a nice little outdoor fire pit. I wish it had a bigger gas supply though as they run out quickly. Make sure to put Vaseline on the threads when you install a full tank to avoid issues! Lesson learned.

Great flame and gives off good warmth.
