Was excited to assemble the firepit which went well but after installing a new tank opening the valve and following the instructions a few dozen times it still does not light. Is this just a bad one or are they all like this? Help!!!

Excellent fire pit for the price! It's beautiful and easy to assemble. The flame is perfect. The table top is very nice and attractive.

We bought this fire table after reading all of the reviews - but after only using it three or four times, the knob broke off and it has been almost impossible to light. I would not recommend.

Easy to put together and use.

-Feet got rusty and stained my deck. -Hard to move, scratches the deck, so put in on a rolling dolly. -Don't try to add wheels; metal too flimsy for the weight. -Buy a "wind protector" to keep the flame from jumping around and/or getting blow out. -The don't supply enough lava rocks to cover it adequately. Buy extra.

This fire pit was easy to assemble. The lava rocks weren’t desirable. But with the availability of fire glass it’s a cool upgrade.

Sometimes glitchy to fire up but otherwise a decent product for the money

It was a snap to put together. Looks great and so far works great.

This was really great perfection

Really love the look of the firepit. However ran into difficulty in putting it together. First one of the holes that the legs screwed in was punched to large and the screw would not screw down. Then the side panels were all 4 inches too small to fit between the legs. The distance between the legs was 23 inches and the panels were 19 inches wide. The book said not to return the item to the store to call the given 888 number. The customer service agent was very hard to communicate with and we were told to take it back to the store ???😡. Not sure i want to try another.

Easy assembly but the starter doesn’t always work requiring us to start it with a lighter.

Lighting is a challenge no matter where the rocks are placed but part of this is a learning curve to get used to the valve. I do wish the valve knob was thru the metal facing so the door did not have to be opened to light the burner. The safety stickers on the door are falling off and might be a hazard if they get near the burner. Tile top looks like it was camo painted in spots , has weird green/yellow spray paint on it.

We bought the firepit above in March, 2022, from Mr. BarBQ but we bought ours with the cover insert. We are in our 70's and used it 4 times. We turned it on November 23, 2022, before family arrived for Thanksgiving. It was on less than 5 minutes and it burst in to flames. We called the fire department. They came and informed us that the fire pit was faulty. So let's fast forward to today. We contacted MrBarBQ.com. It was under warranty and was defective. Bottom line. They have asked for 2 reports from the Fire Dept. and now after 3 weeks we were just told they will give us $50 for some sort of BOWL....AND we have to sign a release of liability. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THE Endless Summer products from Home Depot. This is just ridiculous. We are out nearly $300 and now have to go buy another firepit...but not from Home Depot. I will say...I am going to talk personally to Home Depot and see if they will stand behind their consumers but I'm not feeling hopeful.

I purchased this gas fire pit for the first time in October 2021. The fire pit malfunctioned after approximately 90 days. I was able to get a replacement from Home Depot. Only for this one to malfunction again after receiving the replacement in June of 2022. I didn’t expect such short life in a product that appears to be structured for longevity. As a consumer I strongly recommend not purchasing this brand unless you have time to tinker and keep returning it.

The fire pit was easy to assemble has a great flame that is adjustable we love it

I have tried everything including calling support. They told me I needed a professional, which is not true. I called back and then the next step was saying I needed a screw driver to tighten a bolt!!! Ridiculous. I did all the “things” and it still will not ignite on its own OR stay lit. I am returning the fire pit.
