Stained my brand new hardwood floor. Not having any luck contacting the company for a solution.

I knew the rug would be thin (It was.) I didn't want it to be sliding around and the upgrade of padding was a good choice. It gave some uumph to the rug, reduced the cold floor and works

I used this product to install a stair runner. It is very thick and feels durable. I used carpet tap between the pad and the step and then overlay the runner. The width was perfect for a Dash and Albert runner. No cons that I can think of.

Easy to lay out. The pad’s nonslip surface works great on our wood floors. The other side of the pad against our rug keeps pad and rug together and from moving off from each other. The pad was easy to cut to the size of our custom shaped rug.

The carpet is very nice, especially considering the low price! It has ample yarns so you can’t see the backing. It is very soft. We’re adding Capet padding underneath for additional bounce (with carpet tape). It is true to the picture, a nice mellow mixture of color.

Improves comfort & rug sliding.

Wish it did a better job of keeping my running rug firmly in place. I've been using it for a few months now and it's good, but not great.

I was disappointed that my rugs slid over the pad. I had to adhere my rugs to the floor over the pad so that the rug wouldn’t slide around.

Keeps rug in place but no added cushioning felt as it is very thin. Would've been nice if thicker.

Overall quality is good. Stays in place. Would recommend to others.

It does what it’s supposed to.

It worked ok, but it wasn't cut straight so we had to cut some off of 2 sides so it wasn't sticking out.

The pad was not 1/4" it was only 1/8". I asked for a cushion when I ordered it. Home Depot told me this was a cushion. It felt hard! I returned it. It was sent to CA & sat there, emailing me that it was delivered. I called several times & it took a month to deliver to store. I will NEVER order from Home Depot again! I ordered one online. They sent me emails as to shipping progress & it came quickly to my home!! Great company.
