We were looking for a really good quality shower door for our upstairs bath in our newly built home. Our contractor suggested getting thicker glass than is typical and the VIGO Pirouette fit our needs perfectly. The adjustability of the product really made installation straightforward. We're very pleased with the look.

The glass door was well packed and arrived undamaged. It's 3 boxes attached to a skid and SOOO heavy, it would be nice if delivery meant into a house. It took 2 people almost all day and they were quite disappointed in the directions as the order in which to do things was out of order but they got there in the end. The door is lovely, solid and thick good quality glass. Best I've ever seen to be sure. It's only been in use for a week, but it seems like it'll last a long time. It includes 2 glass shelves, by the way.

Just finished installing this door-- on my own, I might add, although Vigo wouldn't recommend that. It went up flawlessly, and looks even better than I was hoping. I ordered online, and was surprised at how thick and heavy the glass is. Amazingly easy installation, and like I said, looks great.

This door really brought together our bathroom. It's elegant and a lot easier to install than most say. Also you really can't beat the customer service!!! Hands down best company to work with!

Just finishing up installation in a new tiled shower. This is a very well made product and nicely designed. A very good and beautiful compliment to a complete bath redo. We looked at a lot of shower doors before selecting this one and glad we did. The only issue during installation was longer screws were required for the fixed panel supports to reach the studs behind the tile and backer board. The 1-5/8" long screws furnished just did not provide sufficient embedment.

We installed a new shower during our remodel and wanted a frame-less door that didn't leak. We are so pleased with the door in all ways and highly recommend it. I did a lot of research online and this door had consistently great reviews. We did follow the advice of some reviewers and chose antique rather than oil rubbed bronze. It's a great match for our fixtures because we didn't want black. The contractor said it was nice that the door was adjustable for width. Everything about this door is good, we don't get any leakage outside of the shower. The built in shelves look nice and are really functional. I have never had a shower this nice!

First pros, this door met our expectations with regards to clear and clean looks. The tempered glass is high quality and hoping this door will last a long time. HomeDepot support was great as well. Cons: The instructions need more clarity given that this door is heavy. The instructions ask one person to slide the door on the hinges while the other person holds them. This is at least three person operation given it weighs nearly 140 lbs. A person sliding the door will need to be either extremely strong or a weight lifter because it is not single person job. Second, the door did not come with screw caps, but Vigo customer service sent them promptly. The caps do not stay in place, and wish Vigo makes the screw tab stems longer so that they stay in place. Overall the door is good except for few minor issues.

If you are mounting the fixed wall portion on a stall shower, you need longer screws.They ship the door with 1 5/8" SS screws. The typical stall thickness is 1" and if you have sheet-rock behind it you'll only have an eighth of an inch into the stud. They also supply plastic molly's which I wouldn't recommend The door seems too heavy for the 4 screws that hold it. Also the door stop on the bottom is lower then the glass door, so if you push hard, the door will go past the stop

This easy-to-install product is also easy to keep clean and sparkling and a huge improvement over the shower curtain we had.

The door was easy to install. We did the installation ourselves. We needed three people to help when putting the door in to hold steady and straight as it went into the hinges.

Purchased the Pirouette shower doors to replace old sliding shower doors in a newly purchased home. The old doors made us duck under, the frame-less design is very easy to live with. Glass thickness is much better than you normally find. The hardware is all well/nicely made, and the design allows for the unit to be fitted perfectly in a non standard sized opening. A real plus for our bathroom look and function.

Disappointing…. Just finished the install after much frustration. Looks good, everything seems high quality. **BUT** one part was made incorrectly. Customer service was NOT helpful and wouldn't send a new part… I had to take the hinge block to a local machinist to be modified. Ugh.

We were missing one set of screws and some screw covers. The attached gasket in the turning hinge bases slid out with the sliding in of the glass. Very tricky to try to put back in. Overall, very attractive door set.

The quality of the glass door is very good. The installation instructions could include more details. If you have never installed one you should watch the YouTube videos. The door water seal molding could be better designed as I can't see how you can prevent the small leakage at the bottom.

Arrived at store ready for pick up in less than a week. Took about 2 hours to install. Looks great and doesn't leak at all

I have too many problems to this Door. Also I contact the company to help me to fix the problem and not due nothing, the personal from Home Depot also the call and they say call back and not call. I have company contractors and I not happy

The door looks so great! Very good quality, and very durable. After installing, the fit is snug, and it feels very firm. I'm sure it is going to last a long time. Also the anti-leak strips that came with it work very well. Water doesn't get outside of the shower, like I've experienced with others.

The door is relatively easy to install. The glass panels are heavy and need two persons for holding them. The shower door adds the modern flavor to the shower and fits my shower very well.

The first thing that got my attention was the extra glass shelves. Shopped around, read reviews, and purchase the Vigo shower door. It looks great, and the shelves are perfect addition to the look I created in my bathroom.

I love appearance of the door. The hardware is more brassy than bronze though. the seal between the door and marble has torn starting at the top. I have called and emailed twice trying to get a replacement. Absolutely no response.

We did considerable research prior to purchasing our frameless shower door and chose the Vigo Pirouette based on our findings. We are absolutely happy with our choice and have it installed. It works perfectly and looks gorgeous!

Just had this door installed yesterday, what a great looking door, our contractor changed the configuration so it opens into the shower so not to drip water on the floor when getting out. This was a 4 hour installation, looks custom built, very high quality door....

Really beautiful. However, not easy to install. Also had to keep working on it to stop water from leaking outside of the shower.
