I HAD A MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ORDER. IT CAME IN PIECES SO THAT EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE FENCE I COULDNT ERECT IT BECAUSE THE POST DID NOT COME FOR WEEKS LATER- THEN TO MAKE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVEN MORE HORRIBLE THE OPENINGS FOR THE LINE POSTS WERE TWO INCHES SHORT. MAKING THINGS EVEN MORE HORRENDOUS, I READ THAT ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAD THE EXACT SAME SITUATION. I HAD TO HAND SAW OPENINGS TO BE ABLE TO ERECT MY FENCE. THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ON LINE ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HD really needs to do a better job with packaging. Had to go to numerous stores to find undamaged product. Finally had multiple ones delivered just to pick one good one out. The product is fine, but the packaging is terrible. On top of that, they literally left 6 of these 8ft posts at my mailbox, hanging out in the street a foot. That's unacceptable.

Waited for product and then the delivery company could not deliver when promosed and never contacted me. They said they did but repeatedly lied about it. I canceled order but they stil delivered it 5 days later. Now I'm stuck with a 9ft fence post I can't use. Service dept handled it correctly but I would suggest someone different other than central transport services

Was practically impossible to locate the fence posts that matched this brand and model. Ordered the wrong ones, then when we went to get them replaced at Home Depot two store managers and two heads could not locate the appropriate fence posts products. Had to cut an off-brand to fit the slot fittings to meet the project's timelines. Customer Service from the manufacturer should be also available on weekends.

Every routed hole had to be enlarged to allow the rails to fit, and hand cutting is rarely as finished looking as factory routed. Also the routed holes were not spaced far enough apart on the posts which resulted in every single fence board having to be cut shorter. This created a lot of work and resulted in a fence that was not the full 6 feet height. Very poor quality control. I would buy any other posts over these.

These posts worked great. They matched the originals perfectly.

Cheap, cheesy and panel top and bottom would not fit cutouts. Had to fix.
