Great edging that works good and last a long time.

I purchased this thinking it was the same as some older landscape edging I had as it looked identical online. My older edging is heavy duty, more "rubbery" material and more flexible. This edging looks identical to what I had BUT was a much more plastic type of material and not heavy duty at all so not as moldable and likely will not last. I would not purchase again. Like everything now-a-days product is much cheaper material.

Tough and resilient but takes a lot of effort to install. You will need to dig a narrow trench to be able to insert into the ground and then pack the dirt tight up to the edging. If your ground has heavy roots you will need to either cut the root or make a cut out in the edging fir each root.

Very disappointed
Just spent 4 hours putting one 50 foot section in. The product is so stiff it is impossible to work with. Plus it crimps and never goes back straight. Way too rigid for going around curves. I want to tear it out after all our work. And yes, we uncoiled it first and let it warm up.

Terrible Package
Product is nice but it is packaged coiled in the opposite direction than its normal use causing several kinks to form when trying to uncoil and lay in the ground. If they coiled it in the opposite direction, installing would be much simpler and no kinks would form. I’m giving it a poor rating for that particular reason. Little thought was taken in that regard for end use.

Hi there and thank you for purchasing the Vigoro Heavy-Duty Plastic Landscape Edging. To help the edging relax, we recommend allowing it to set in the sun for several hours. This will relax the plastic, get rid of kinks, and make it easier to install. Thank you for your review!

Great product when it is warm. Harder to curve when the edging is cold. But worked perfectly for my front lawn renovation.

60 foot roll need more spikes
Definitely 24 spikes do not cover a 60 foot roll. You need to add 48 spikes to the 60 foot roll.

Hi there Adrian. thank you for choosing the Vigoro Heavy-Duty Plastic Landscape Edging. We try to include enough spikes for a typical installation. It is important to note that the number of spikes needed will vary between installations due to the different environments Thank you for your review

Good product. Very sturdy. Don't try to make any sharp corners with it. Gentle bends are best. Probably best to install in warmer weather to have the best results. It was what I expected and cost less than some of the flimsy products.
