Easy assembly. Good quality, was surprised wood is heavy. Not flimsy. Looks great in mountain cabin. Creates storage we needed for shoes, coats, etc.

Very good experience. It arrived earlier than originally reported. Very easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions. Very happy with the piece

It took quite a bit of work to put it together (couple of hours) but the parts were well marked and they included extra screws/bolts in case of losing one. The structure itself is very sturdy and fit perfectly in our front entrance hallway - lots of room underneath to put shoes or packages and the hooks are very handy. We also have a light switch on the wall which was accessable through the open back. We have only had it for about a month but we love it and it is very functional.

I was impressed by how easy it was to assemble. All the holes aligned perfectly and the screws went in straight and easy. It is a sturdy and attractive piece in my kitchen by the entryway.

The item was shipped with a missing metal support piece. We were still able to assemble and use it but would like th missing piece to add support.

A little wobbly but overall good item

Looked nice, had we been able to assemble (got som wrong parts), and ended up returning after we realized it would not look good in our area.

It is really well made. It is just what we wanted!

the furniture was good except for two flaws in the metal posts. There were only three holes drilled instead of four so the cross pieces which contained the hooks could not be hung properly. Also, the small stabilizer arm on the sides could not be attached as a hole was missing.

Love this bench! Instructions are easy to follow and put together on your own. Very sturdy (even without the wall anchor). Holds plenty of coats from the hooks and stores shoes underneath.

This was exactly as it appears in the picture. It is very functional and beautiful. I love the warmth of the wood with the black iron. My grandchildren are now excited to hang their coats and my husbands golf shoes are not all over the floor.

I really like the quality of the product, other than maybe a little more center support of the seat portion of the unit; but overall very satisfied with the purchase. The material was more than expected (wasn't sure what to expect). I liked the easy instructions and how each piece was marked with matching pouches for the screws and bits needed to put it all together.

Unit was easy to assemble, looks great, and functions excellent. Would definitely recommend.
