Easy to install.
Water pressure is just ok, nothing spectacular even after the "water saver" O-ring was removed.
Hose could stand to be a bit longer and does get twisted up easily, so if you prefer a more relaxed, or flexible hose this one isn't for you.
I'll probably hang on to this and use this in the basement shower once I get the remodeling done.

conserves water but the water pressure is too much for unit drips out of connectors. as someone else mentioned there is a strong plastic smell from the hose and isn't the most flexible. otherwise it works fine.

We are sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the product. On occasion, the hose can retain some stiffness or rigidity from the packaging (this is especially apparent if you are comparing this product to another model that may have been used more than 1-5 years). We recommend allowing at least 2-3 weeks of daily use for the hose to relax.

The Waterpik warranty is not supported
Bought a few years ago. Showerhead worked ok for a couple years. Started leaking internally. They sent replacement. That lasted about a year and started leaking internally. After 2 replacement they said they wouldnt support again. They don't last and Waterpik stops supporting.
