2 cans not enough for a 5 ton unit (covers 60% max.) After shaking can like crazy, it foamed my finger more than the condenser coil unit. Section cleaned with water only came as good as the ones with the product. No benefit from using this product.

I used a full can to clean up my two year old, 3 ton condenser. I didn’t think it was all that dirty until I saw all the crud getting washed away. It worked great and was super easy cleanup. A little preventative maintenance goes a long ways.

I used it on my motorcycle radiatior and oil cooler on a stubborn debris, and cleaned both from the first time! It turns my radiator and oil cooler like brand new! Really impressed with the results.

I used this to clean the coils on my heat pump. It actually took two cans, but did a good job of removing the dirt from fins. I plan to buy another can, and clean the A Coil when I install a whole house humidifier.

we moved into a new house and the AC unit hadn't been maintained all that well. I opened up two sides of the unit and cleaned the coils directly. one side was inaccessible, and the 3rd side I didn't want to remove the protective cover because I didn't want to take it off so I sprayed the cleaner in the louvers, let it sit and then hosed it off. the cleaner worked great, condensing unit is working much better.

The shrubs around my 3 AC condensing units had become overgrown despite constant trimming. After removing the old shrubs and planting for better space around the condensing units. I could see that near the top of the oldest coil, about 5 years old, the dirt was almost packed between the fins. Today's high S.E.E.R. units have tight fin spacing to achieve a very large fin area but that means that they clog with dirt and dust easily. Here in the South we also have a great deal of pollen in the spring that aggravates the problem. After first removing a bit of dirt with just a hose I purchased this spray cleaner. There was still a very significant amount of dirt on the fins (see photos). Be sure to shut off the AC unit at the thermostat or turn the temperature way up temporarily. Also shake the can periodically as you apply the product. One can should treat a 5 ton condensing coil that is pretty dirty. I was able to do a 3-1/2 ton unit and have enough left over for a second 3-1/2 ton unit the was two years newer. My guess is that this product will pay for itself in about 2 or 3 weeks with lower electricity bills in my situation. At well under $10 a can this is a simple way to save money along with changing filters at the evaporator unit indoors. I never skimp on the quality of the filters but I did forget to do the annual maintenance on the condensing units and probably wasted money for a couple of years.

Just bought this product, and used on a mini-split. I will use it on my 2 larger AC units later on . It worked fine on the mini-split.

My compressor was filthy. I removed the outside cover using a 10mm socket and I hosed it of from the outside of the unit and the inside. I am extremely glad that I did this. I then sprayed it down with this product waited 15 minutes and squirted it with the hose again. I can only upload one image but you can tell by the white suds that it didn't do very much. The cleansing came from washing off the debris. I don't think this cleaned a thing. But it may be good for the evaporator coil on the air handler because I can't get a hose there!

Spray was inconsistent.. Hard to get into through the outside vents and into the coil fins. As I got near the ground seemed like the can would not spray on angle or inverted. Next time I will just put some simple green or dish soap in a hand sprayer, would do about the same job.

It seemed to work okay for cleaning but the can had trouble shooting the foam in a wider pattern and came out mostly as a stream. Because of this the coverage was not as good as I expected.

I used and it worked as advertised. However, I spoke with my HVAC guy who said that unless there is oil/grease on the coil that all you need is plain water(hose and nozzle). He said that I was wasting my money.

Web coil cleaner is the best I have used. Get into the coils and loosens the grime without any damage to the fins. Wait about an hour, then wash away. I recommend it.

This cleaner worked very well on a coil that needed deep cleaning. The 19 0z can was enough to coat both the inside and outside of coil. I will definately purchase this product again!

Worked great on my AC condenser. Cleaned it just like it advertised. Highly recommend it.

Works well without any issues

There was enough for a large condenser, but the stream was weak coming out of the nozzle.

Purchased two cans to clean a condensing unit. The first can barely foamed up and did not cover but half of a 4-ton unit. The second can did not spray any product it only foamed at the opening. I returned the second can and cost me two hours of my time. My first product choice showed 47 cans however this was the only product actually in the store.

Works well. Sprays a very narrow stream of cleaner - maybe intentionally to get into coil fins?

I cleaned out the interior and applied throughly to the central AC unit. The spray pattern kept changing while applying but most of the time I only had a narrow beam with minimal forming occuring. Waited 15 minutes (can said 10 minutes) and wash with a hose/nozzle on the shower setting. I saw minimal foam/suds while washing and no major change to the coil fins. Pretty dissappointed.

Work good as used according to directions

Wow, this really works. Previously I just used the hose and a brush to clean the coils. Saw a video talking about the dirt stuck between that needs to be removed. Bought this and was shocked at how much dirt came out when I rinsed it. Pretty simple to use, just spray on and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Tip, make sure that nozzle is spraying straight into the fins so the foam gets all the way through. I did it from both the inside and outside to make sure I got it everywhere. Rinsed with just my hose. Great improvement and I'm sure my outside unit will be ready for summer.
