I love my Q2200 grill. It has excellent temperature control -- unlike some other grills that cook everything too fast. This is a legitimate smaller scale version of the larger Weber grills. The build quality is high -- just as you'd expect from Weber. I bought the griddle add-on and it makes for the perfect combination for tailgates before games. You can basically cook anything on it. I also bought the deluxe grill stand to keep it by the pool beneath the gazebo for the ultimate convenience and "permanent" placement. This frees up space I would typically use on the table with other small grills.

I have a Q 200 that I purchased 15 years ago. It is the ideal size for two people. A 12” cast iron skillet fits perfectly in which I cook bacon regularly.

I bought the previous version of this BBQ about 18 years ago and it was left outside through all seasons. Even through all the abuse this thing is a champ! Our weather is so mild on the west coast that I often don’t use the stove indoors and BBQ all year long. I pulled it apart a couple of years ago, cleaned the crud out of burner tube and reset the igniter and it fires right up. This year I replaced the cast iron grill with a new one and it’s like brand new. It’s a solid, well built BBQ and has stood the test of time.

I purchased the older model (Q-200) in 2008 and it has performed exceedingly well. I had to replace the regulator a few years ago and have had no further problems. It is a perfect size to accommodate a 12” cast iron skillet for cooking bacon. It also does a wonderful job cooking steaks & veggies.

Well made compact / portable grill. I use it on a balcony and it’s small enough to be out of the way, while still giving you a workable sized cooks surface. The temp gauge is a nice addition as this grill gets over 400 degrees if the lid is left down. The flame adjustment does work well enough to dial in your target temp. It’s not the best in windy conditions however. Because it’s designed so that both sides of the lid leave open spaces, any real wind plays havoc with internal temp. This is not a problem on calm days with the occasional breeze.

Nice little grill but could use more heat output. And if you leave the cover open difficult to use with even the slightest breeze.

This is a perfect small and portable grill. It starts super fast, gets evenly hot and cooks beautifully. I keep it on my deck and use it all year. I can cook for up to about 6-8 people with average appetites. And you can easily lift it off the stand and pop it in the trunk of your car.

I have been using Weber grills for about 35 years now and it recently bought the Q2200 to take with us when my wife and I are traveling with our travel trailer. Set-up was easy out of the box and the quality of construction was as I expected from Weber - spot on! Grill comes to temperature quickly and so far I have grilled burgers, chicken breasts and a pork loin roast to perfection. I am very pleased with my purchase!

I chose this from a large list of gifts from my Employer as a retirement gift. It is the perfect size and fits my needs perfectly! I also purchased a stand and cover for it and it's a great addition to my deck for grilling those summer meals!!

Got this grill for use with a travel trailer, it’s a little large but will work well when having to grill a full meal for 4 people. Used it several times at home with great results, swordfish, bratwurst and grilled squash. Would be great if it had two zones for searing and indirect heat…like my genesis III.

I have been cooking on a weber Genesis grill for over 30 years now we live full-time in a motorhome and we love our Q2200. I would recommend this grill highly to anyone. Buy one today you will not regret it.

My aunt and uncle own an older 2000 series grill and have had it for years. They cook steaks and burgers to whole chickens and they never had a bad cook. Along with the Weber name it was a no brainer to purchase a Weber grill.

This is our third Weber BBQ and our second Weber Q as we sold the last one, a Q1200 with our boat. Bought this Q2200 for our new trailer. The Q gets nice and hot, cooks evenly and quickly. The grill area is huge. It does not disappoint. So happy to have the Weber Q2200 with us on our next life adventure.

Bought the Q2200 to supplement the Jumbo Joe we take camping. The Q and it's cart fit perfectly in one of our exterior compartments. First impressing was the side tables seemed a little sketchy but they have handled everything I've sat on them. I wouldn't go and try to sit a spare tire on them or anything but they perform the job they were meant for without a problem. Bought the griddle for it and it has become the go-to camp breakfast machine. On those evenings that you get back to camp and you're hungry and don't want to wait on charcoal the Q heats up quick enough to even quell a hangry wife. Oh, and the first trip out in the new camper (the oven is different than the old one) I couldn't get the oven to light so I could bake the wife's birthday cake so using a homemade trivet, the Q saved the day and cake was done before the guests arrived. Now Weber, can we get the rotisserie here in the US or are we going to be left looking at pics of our Aussie friends having all the fun?

Happy with the grill. Enough for a family of 4 in our opinion.

The Q2200 is easy to set up and use. Start up is also easy, and the grill comes to desired temperature much quicker and more uniformly than my charcoal grill. We use the Q2200 more than the charcoal manly for the reason. Since I am no retired, we use the Q2200 at lunch at the spur of the moment, and Webers recipes help with those decisions. Clean up is easy too.

I love my new Weber. It was very easy to assemble and a perfect addition to my outdoor deck. It fits beautifully on the stand and the cover is also attractive. I now grill the best burgers and steaks ever! Thank you Weber

I picked the Q2200 over the Q2000 simply for the dome thermometer. Most of the time when tailgating I won't have my infrared thermometer with, and if you're grilling without an idea of what temp your grill is at, you're doing it wrong. The 2 piece grate was a nice touch too over the Q2000. I couldn't find the actual grate dimensions anywhere, so I included a couple pics. For anyone else wondering, it is 16"x22" at the edges (actual cooking surface is slightly smaller). We grilled four 1/2lb burgers on the initial break in cook and I attached a pic of that for scale. Plenty of room. Overall I was pretty impressed. The grill got to temp quick (about five minutes to reach 425*) and recovered temp quickly after the lid was opened. The burner itself is a pretty long rectangle so the majority of the cooking surface is covered. It cooked evenly and I did not notice any hot spots. The grate itself is heavy and retained heat well. As others have pointed out, grease drips through the grates and onto the burner, which will eventually clog up the pinhole openings. Buy a steel wire brush to brush out the burner after each use. Considering the price point, I feel that Weber should have included a mini Flavorizer bar setup to mount over the burner to prevent this. Overall, I give the Q2200 a 4/5. If the burner was designed to not allow grease to build up on the burner holes, this would be a 5/5 grill even given the price. It would be nice to have other color options besides titanium as well, like the awesome blue color available on the Q1200.

Used this for the first time at the camp site and thought it had plenty of room. Light weight and easy to set up. Nice even heat and got up to temp quick

Perfect size for two people, yet roomy enough to entertain a small group. Have only used one side of surface, so far. Easy to use.

I just bought this yesterday because I had a crappy hand me down. I didn't want a massive thing on the deck, and I wanted quality, so this is my permanent grill. I did burgers and stuffed burger a few times. Incredible heat, even, and used very little propane.

I had purchased this grill for my daughter and son-in-law about a year ago and their love of it convinced me to purchase one when my old grill wore out this year. It is perfect for two people and more, but my husband and I are the primary ones using it. I haven't been able to use it more than ten times in the last month that I've had it, but really enjoy it. I did use the converter to a bigger gas tank. I also bought the stand for it as we do not plan on taking it camping; however, it is certainly portable enough to do so.

Great grill! Used it last weekend camping for the first time. Operates at low temperatures as well as high temperatures. Had a few other small gas grills, there’s no comparison. Worth the extra money!

Great product, well built would highly recommend this grill. Took it to Florida and cooked on it for a week.
