The best grill I ever bought. Love how it heats up fast and so much room to cook.

We love our new grill and how great our food tastes when we use it! We wish it had one more feature though, it has no enclosed cabinet on the bottom and the grease tray attracts animals (raccoons). Are there any add on pieces that you sell?

We've had this grill about 2 monthsand it the best I've had by far ever.

We purchased this about 6 weeks ago and have used it several times. Heats up fast and evenly across the entire surface. The other grills i've had always had hot spots not this one. I wish they would have made it with doors on the front and side panels, like the propane models, so i could hide all of the tools for the grill.

I got this grill for a gift from my children, and it is the perfect size for a lot of meat and veggies. It heats evenly all around. Very easy to clean.

Over all I love my new grill. It cooks great. The first natural gas grill I have ever owned. I’m not sure why the temperature will not get hotter than 425 degrees, I wish it would, but that’s hot enough to cook. Still a great grill. I use it A LOT and hope to do so for many years to come.

When coupled with the Weber cook book you can make some amazing meals perfectly.

Heat as in any bbq has a few spots that are hotter than others. This has the least and cooks evenly. So easy to clean. Love the grill. The third one I have had as I have lived in several states in the past few years and left the grills for the new home owners

NOTE: THERE ARE NO SHIPPING COMPLAINTS IN THIS REVIEW. Great grill. I switched to natural gas 22 years ago, and bought a Weber 3-burner grill that lasted for 14 years. When it was time to replace, I wanted a 4-burner, but the cheapest Weber was over $1300. So I opted for a Ducane (owned by Weber) 4-burner that cost about $500 instead. It was a good grill for the money and it lasted 8 years. That doesn’t sound like much, but because I use natural gas and we have a covered patio, I grill a LOT, like 2-5 days a week year round. With the Ducane wearing out, I was pleased to see this Weber 4-burner for $999 at Home Depot. I purchased it online and picked it up a week or so later. At first, there was a problem. The lid would flex significantly and catch on the cookbox whenever I would open it from the right side of the handle. My first attempt to get a replacement lid from Weber didn’t go so well. The Weber customer service rep was happy to promise me a new lid, but when the order went by his boss, I was asked to provide photos to prove my case. Problem was, photos didn’t really show the problem. But I sent them as asked, then I was told that no, there would be no replacement lid, and the solution was “to lift the lid from the center of the handle.” Ridiculous. What was going on with Weber’s vaunted customer service? I was supposed to accept a grill that flexed so much while opening that it could barely be opened? So I waited a day, then called Weber again to start the process over again. With a 10-year warranty, I realized I could do this repeatedly, for a decade if necessary. This time around, my case was sent to a supervisor named Helen instead of the jerk that refused to help me earlier. I made a video that really showed off the problem and and sent it to her. After some correspondence and some new photos, we determined that the lid had been mis-manufactured. Some measurements I was asked for revealed that the lid was between 3/8” - 1/2” too narrow! That is HUGE for a lid that is 36” wide. Thanks Taiwan! So at last I got my new lid. It had to be shipped by truck and arrived via liftbed truck, on a pallet. I quickly replaced the old one and at last the problem was solved. The moral of the story is that while Weber customer service is still pretty good, there are some bad apples working there now. But with a long warranty, you’ve got plenty of time to have defective parts replaced, even if you have to do so repeatedly. In the end, Helen had me pick out a free accessory. I opted for the grill light. I was also sent a Weber slider and meatball rack, which is probably what they’re sending to anyone who has a problem solved by the customer service department. So, how is the grill? It’s wonderful, easily the best grill I’ve ever owned. The temperature evenness across the grilling surface is on a whole new level. The grill gets to 500 degrees in about 6 minutes, and will reach over 600 degrees in about 12 minutes. There are some genius touches I’ve not had in any grill before. The drip tray has a smart setup that keeps the wind and wild animals from messing with it. Lighting is super-reliable and tells you that this is truly professional equipment. The fold-away upper rack is brilliant, and with some practice you can even fold it up or down while hot. And someone finally figured out that you may as well have tool hangers on both sides of the grill. It took me about two hours to assemble, but that’s after 45 minutes of getting everything out of the packaging. If you have an existing natural gas grilling setup, be aware that this grill uses a 1/2” connector. My two previous grills were 3/8” so I had to do a little work on the gas valve. But Weber supplies all the necessary parts. All in all, a great grill. You will not be sorry you bought it. I saw the review from a guy who says his grill wouldn’t put grill marks on the food, but I had no such problem. Maybe he wasn’t pre-heating? Anyhow, I am looking forward to years of great grilling. This grill went together fairly easy -- It took about two hours with help of my young son. There are times when an extra set of hands is required. Once completed, the overall fit and finish is excellent. The natural gas hose is larger than my previous grill and makes a significant difference in cooking temperature. So far, I'm very happy with the performance of this grill.

Great, I had it sent to the store. They assembled it for me for free. I brought it home, hooked it up to natural gas, it worked beautiful. Grills meat to perfection. Heats up extremely fast, easy to clean, so far I love it. A magnet will stick to most cheap stainless steel grill, Not this one!

The BBQ came in with a small ding in the hood and when I pulled a sticker off the hood, some of the black paint came with it. Unfortunately, it's not easy to fix, and after an hour of install, I wasn't too keen on returning.

Did not relize you need doors .. weber should not be selling a grill that lets a little breaze put strain on the flames even put them out sometimes ... its realky dangerous !!!

Grill was easy to put together. Took about 4 hours. All holes matched up with facilitated the process. I would recommend watching the assembly video prior to attempting assembling the grill. The printed instructions are not always as clear as they should.In use grill heated up very quickly. It was 45 degrees with lots of wind the first time I used the grill. Heated up to 500 in about 8 minutes.Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

Got this as a Christmas Gift. Too cold outside to use until Spring. Did assemble and directions were OK - Good. A few things were not addressed in the instructions. Took about 4 hours by myself. Looking forward to cooking on it.

Fire Dept. crews assembled this grill with relative ease and have been using it with no issues. Great product.

this is my 2nd weber had my other one for 25 years. this model is bigger and like time there are alot of improvements

I purchased the Weber Genesis II E-410 July, 2018. I have had Weber grills (gas & charcoal) in the past. They have all been reliable, well built, easy to maintain, and great pieces of cooking equipment. The Genesis II is no exception. I use it nearly every day for baking, roasting, and (or) grilling. The temps are even throughout the cooking chamber which makes it greatly reliable for baking (bread, pizza, pies, casseroles, etc.) and roasting (beef, pork, poultry, fish, vegetables). For grilling, high temps are easily attained for searing and beautiful grill marks. The desired temperatures are easily maintained. The Genesis II is a substantial, well constructed piece of equipment, with a great warranty, and well established performance record. The Genesis II reliability and consistency in performance enhances its versatility. The ability to go 'natural gas' makes it hassle free.

Works great. Heats evenly and easy to control. Large grill area.

I bought this grill a few months ago and love it. The craftsmanship and quality of way above my expectations. Although at first I felt the hood was a bit heavy, i got easily used to it. Extremely easy to start every time !

We upgraded to a four burner and am happy with the amount of grilling space there is. Love this grill and highly recommend.

I previously owned a Weber NG grill and had it for many years. I really was pleased with it except the burners ran from front to back..I was glad to find this grill with side to side 4 burners.
